Drink:
1. Chicha Morada: a juice from purple corns with lemon juice. 颜色是紫红
的。所有餐馆都有卖。都是home made的。 我吃过在家做的，和在餐馆做的，没太大区
别。
2. Inca cola: Peruvian 黄色soda. 没什么特别但是既然来了就要试一下了。
3. Pisco: Peruvian alcoholic drink. You can drink it straight up or mix
with something else.
Food:
1. Ceviche: marinated raw fish. Everybody loves it.
2. Quy: roasted guinea pig. 很多当地人都是不吃的。我的有个当地朋友从来都

基本已经定下大概时间和行程安排，但是在秘鲁境内的可能会再细化或是改变，请大家
指点。
8月18日--- NYC-ATL-LIM。 delta, 到达利马时间是晚上11点多。
8月19日-20日：在利马市内看各种博物馆和访友，参加朋友婚礼。
8月21日-- LIM-Cuzco。打算做peruvian ailine,到达时间10：40am. 在cuzco市内参
观旅游。
8月22日-Sacred Valley area 一日游，到达Ollantaytambo。
8月23日-24日：MACHU PICCHU 周边地区，晚上飞机从cuzuo到lima。
8月25日：凌晨从lima-atl-nyc.下午回到纽约。
觉得这样的安排还不是太好，正在想如何调整。但是基本上纽约出发到回来的时间定了
，改动不大。19日和20日都必须呆在利马， 现在就要想如何安排好21日-24日的行程。

restaurant La Limena也很不错，烤鸡，ceviche做得都很好吃，我最喜欢里面的烤牛

拿toronto, chicago两个人口和经济规模相当的城市比较。从下表看出，在CHICAGO，
白人少于50%，而非Hispanic whites更少，黑人占了32.9%,亚洲人只占5.5%（这还包括
烙印），而 Hispanic or Latino人口整体占到28.9%，也就是说老黑+劳模加其他
Hispanic or Latino整体已占到这个城市的快60%的人口。
反观TORONTO，白人50%，这比CHICAGO的略多，东亚人（中日韩）有12%和烙印
（也是12%这样，South Asian）的差不多，而东南亚人占7.0%，你说的那些穆斯林其实
也就1%这样（1.1% Arab），他们和西亚人加一起也就3%。黑人8%，拉美人不到3%。所

Mexicans use this word to describe anyone of Asian descent even if you are
