这个研究就是杨开了个做CRISPR的公司，然后针对病毒PERV的Pol设计了一个gRNA，然
后在猪源细胞系里做最简单的CRISPR。反正60多个PERVcopy都一样，target一个跟
target所有copy没区别，所以他们成功地一下子把细胞系里所有的PERV Pol都敲掉了。
这些全部都是纯技术，还不是特别难的那种。他们唯一做的一个具有生物意义的实验就
是把这个敲掉病毒的猪细胞跟人细胞在petri dish里混一下，然后看人源细胞会不会感
染病毒。

公司用正在做的TITLE 来PERM, 无非这几种情况:
1. HR/驴屎 白痴不懂.
2. 公司懂, 但利用这条做借口压着你不升,长期深度剥削.
3. 公司不看好你本来就不想升你.
我认识的正办, 现在TITLE 是ENTRY, PERM 办的是SR. 老板说了卡下来前符合要求就可
能先升了, 卡下来后无论如何都升(要符合办卡的要求).
PERV WAGE 也是FUTURE WAGE, 拿到卡发这个WAGE, 卡下来前不需要.
