首先要明确的是黑嗓的发生原理和一般的发声是一样的，所以所谓的“食道发声”是
不合理的。其次黑嗓的发声完全不会影响正常的发声，所以用过多的辅助手段是完全
没必要的。具体方法如下：
1，在呼吸道没有疾病的时候（感冒，气管炎之类）开始练习。
2，训练地点最好找一个空间比较小共鸣比较大的地方，例如厕所澡堂之类的地方，
这样容易自我纠正以及避免扰民。

cell lines取代primary cells做in vitro model－－既不用直接在动物身上做实验，
也不用一次又一次地从动物身上取细胞－－现在想想，虽然实验结果不是perfect，好
歹心里比较舒服。。今天在dissertation的dedication上加了一句"dedicate to all
the animals that have to be sacrificed in experiments"。。。
