只怪自己见识浅薄，不知道超速罚单是VA特产，无奈中招！
我们走的是95，开始的时候限速70，我们follow着车流以75-80左右开。
在Petersburg限速降到65，我还follow着前面的车，结果警察就闪灯了。
条子说我到了81，给我算80，就是一张normal的traffic ticket。多少钱也不知道，给
了一个号码让打电话问。
我看罚单上说可以不出庭，但是不知道怎么操作？
想请教以下问题，
1、如果不出庭，我需要准备什么东西？需不需要找律师来出庭？
2、驾照会不会留下不良记录？
3、能不能自己写信appeal？
