申请者的案件还在等待联邦法官的判决，因相同原因被起诉的还有北卡大学教堂山分校
。而根据皮尤研究中心(Pew Research Center)周一发布的民调，73%的美国人都认为大
学不应当在招生时考虑种族因素，还有19%认为族裔应该是学校做出招生决定时的次要
依据之一，只有7%的人认为这应该成为重要因素。
至于到底什么应该是大学录取时的首要考虑因素，皮尤在调查中给出了8个选项。结果
，有67%的人都认为高中成绩应该是最重要的，其次是SAT等标准考试成绩、社区服务经
历等。种族在总体重要性排名中名列倒数第二，仅高于性别。
无论是哪个族裔的受访者，反对大学考虑种族因素的人都占一半以上，白人中为78%，
西裔中为65%，非裔中为62%。尽管哈佛申诉的原告为亚裔，但从皮尤的调查来看，亚裔
中反对大学考虑种族因素的比例反倒最小，为59%；不过，在美亚裔群体中在教育水平

，因此近年亚裔被责问「你为什麽不回去你的祖国」案例增加；华人在一些场合遇莫名

调查也发现，53%的美国受访者认为，美中经济关係紧绷。半数人认为，中国经济发展
对美国有益，只有41%的人视为坏事。这41%和川普的铁杆支持比率相当，两者是否重叠

美国人是不是也被洗脑了，见仁见智。但起码，老美和中国人一样，多数人可能也混淆
了「中国」和「中共」两个概念，把对中共的印象，扣在中国头上；对一党专政高压管
治人民、限制民众自由、侵犯人权等，也变成对中国好感消失的原因。但其实中国包括

Gosar)准备在两周内提出“2019高技术美国人民公平法案”(Fairness for High-
Skilled Americans Act of 2019)，废止外国留学生学成后在美国实习的OPT(Optional
Practical Training，(专业实习))计划。
2008年联邦政府延长科学、科技和数学领域的学生和毕业生在美国逗留和工作的时
间之后，OPT签证在这十年间成长了四倍。丕优研究中心(Pew)发现圣荷西和旧金山是
OPT毕业生首选目的地。近年来，OPT计划超越H-1B签证，成为高技术新临时移民最大的
来源。
戈萨办公室说，戈萨也打算在两周内发函给特朗普总统，请他透过行政命令，终结
OPT。

2012 年是中德建交40 周年，两国间无论是官方还是民间的交往都很频繁，中德关系处
于历史最好时期。德国不仅成为了欧洲对华投资、输出技术最多的国家，同时也成为中

间的新闻秩序长期以来由西方大国所主导，一些媒体并没有客观、全面地展现中国的发

人民日報這篇以「中國不是中東」為題的評論文章指出，從去年底開始，中東、

down 20 points in just three years, a new poll says. And the share of people
