最小的问题：炉子的火苗灭了。
在炉子的底部有个开口，取掉开口处的挡板，可以看到一个小玻璃窗口，从窗口可以看
到火苗。如果火苗灭了，可以请PGE来点火（？不确信。我是自己点的。最好找到说明书，按说明书操
作。用炉子的型号在网上搜索，应该找得到说明书。）
比较大一点的问题：炉子坏了。
如果你是1年内买的房子，应该有保修，给你的保修公司打电话。 |

，叫pge来人之后，人家说我们这个电闸老化比较厉害，然后问了下意见，说他们也管
不了，下次还有同样的情况，只有在家leasing office的人。那次最后就是通过电闸复
位解决的。 |

过电表读数（会不会把前一个住户的电表费用算到我们的头上）。。。第一个月不查是
什么意思？我觉得PGE可能就是远程读的电表，因为网上也是看得到电表的hourly使用
情况的。
你说的第二个月补回去是什么意思？我觉得应该是直接照着读数来的吧。 |

你这个studio也太贵了吧。1000-1200可以租到凑活的了，当然你要求高 要安静 区好
那就没底了。
邮费怎么要200，搞个shopper不就省下来一点吗？pge一个月15够了吧，你每天开暖气
？手机换成Prepiad， 一年100.不要data plan。
其他生活必需品是什么？你不买衣服不找女朋友 ，这一项应该趋近于零。估计你喜欢
跳deal。这样每个月可以省下800-1000. |

，离得远开车费时
pge如果studio/apartment里面带洗衣机差不多要这么多，不然洗衣服一个月也10块钱
