偶第一次去纽约，就没有买到票，第二次去目的就是 the phantom of the opera,要早
去些买票，5折还是很诱人的 ^_^

斗转星移。大概四个月前在坛子上发帖询问大峡谷的情况，大家踊跃回答，给了我许多

议。自己就想试一下R2R2R。七月开始每周走4－7个9公里,用时1个半小时。八月底走过
40公
里，用时7小时.Toronto附近都是平地，自己也没在意上下坡的训练，哪知道这就是给
自己酿下
的苦酒。（教训1：没有针对性的训练）因为考虑到自己以后要backpack，所以买了85
升的大背
包，加上45lb的负重，这使得我每次的上肩下肩都成为痛苦。我只买了一双hiking 鞋
，因为要
上下坡，所以应该买hiking boot。以为自己象dong大侠那么皮实。（教训2：没有针对
性的装

。不知不觉已经变成夜行动物…
很喜欢Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber的歌剧The Phantom of the Opera里的The Music of
the Night，但常常都是在白天听。Christine和phantom在"The Phantom of the Opera"
歌里对话接着Christine尖叫似的高音和着phantom对Christine的呼喊"Sing for me..."
之后，忽然世界坠入一片寂静里，只剩下Phantom如泣如诉的歌声在黑夜的深处扬起…

要是我没有记错的话，当时我看的那场的主要演员是：
Howard McGillin - The phantom of the opera
Sandra Joseph - Christine Daae
Tim Martin Gleason - Raoul
按照我当时看的时候的理解，phantom和christine显然是主角啊，roaul在戏里面的分
量很轻，轻到我觉得几乎没他什么事：）虽然最后的结局是christine和roaul在一起了
，但是我似乎更希望christine选择phantom，寒一个。。。估计是因为我没完全看懂：
（不知道大家的看法如何：）
如果纯粹从音乐的角度来看，我个人比较喜欢phantom。一是觉得声音有感染力，另一
个是觉得他是整个戏的灵魂。这个灵魂是孤独的，但是也是有血有肉的，虽然是
phantom，但是一样有感情，而且不自私。很难讲他对christine是怎样一种感情，但是
他最后选择尊重她的选择。
爱一个人并不难，难的是尊重。我们往往把自己认为的正确的选择强加给所爱的人，而
认为这就是爱。但是事实往往不是如此。

01:03am, 停车到靠近South Kaibab Trailhead的picnic parking；
01:28am，South Kaibab Trailhead出发；必须说，整个Kaibab Trail，都是我最不喜
欢的那种徒步道路，用木头和石头砌成一个个隔断，人徒步就像跑障碍赛，很难控制节
奏，对脚和膝盖负担沉重；
04:13am，穿过山洞，看到科罗拉多河桥就在眼前；去Phantom Ranch的路上，遭遇两个
鹿群；
05:13am，离开Phantom Ranch往North Kaibab Trail；
08:05am，Cottonwood Campground小歇时遇到Sanny等4员女将；
11:47am，到达North Kaibab Trailhead；

counteraction (CA) as our upper bodies followed the skis. Well, true, but we
were supposed to focus on CB on day 2, weren’t we? Anyway, CA became the

好, 不过我觉得MC不是很适和演phantom - 他的音色比较亮比较柔, 而我理想中的
phantom应该是很dark, 声音粗一些的... 电影里的phantom我也不喜欢,有点太英俊了
吧,而且看得太真切, 没有了神秘感... |

1.原材料最好比较透明（或者有些发白也可以），这样我们可以
添加不同的材料来实现不同的光学特性
2.phantom的可塑形需要非常的好，最好能够象橡皮泥
3.phantom需要是固体的，象jell的那种，但不能易碎
4.如果能够有一些弹性最好，因为我们需要压缩
我们曾经尝试过一种silicon rubber(Shaw A hardness为0.03)，只是有一些
弹性，几乎没有塑性。
不知道应该找那方面的材料或者资料？
