不知道这种RFE是什么兆头。

不不需要把ROW倒退来迎合中印，所以你说的ROW被拖慢仅仅是中印还没有追上ROW的
Phase out时期。Phase Out期过了以后，全世界EB3只有一个排期，就是看EB3C申请数
是否超过6.25%了。
在三年Phase out时期EB3C追ROW的速度跟法案不通过EB3C单独追ROW的速度你可以仔细
用485 inventory计算一下，我直觉是应该差不多。 |

不到1million就不用交AMT了。AMT phase out只是影响 AMT exemption。AMT 的
exemption在phase out之前可以拿全额exemption, married是12万。如果收入高于
phase out，那你的exemption就少于12万。

不过一直三天打鱼两天晒网，加上每个礼拜必有的红烧肉和回锅肉，减肥效果不明显
。5月中旬老婆和儿子回国才开始认真行动起来，每礼拜去5-6次健身房(1-1.5 hours)
外加健康饮食（每周只吃一次垃圾食物）。
PRE-PHASE：年初 – 5月中，有氧偶尔加一些器械。
PHASE 1：5月中 - 6月底，有氧为主加一些器械。终于见到了模模糊糊的4块腹肌。
PHASE 2： 7月1号 – 8月7号，LIFTING和CARDIO一样一半，LIFTING：MACHINE和FREE
WEIGHT一样一半。
PHASE 3： 8月8号 - ？ FREE WEIGHT 为主。因为9月初要去UK出差，不敢冲击大重量
，以免受伤。老婆和儿子9月初回来，还有红烧肉和回锅肉外加冰激凌。。。估计PHASE
3 要泡汤了。LOL

突然觉得或许得的不是ITBS，可能是做器械把四头肌/膝盖给弄伤了，anyway,
已经不能再休息了，昨天晚上看了些网上的plan, 把上半年的计划订出来了。
每周大约跑5到6次，骑车2次，游泳1次，yoga一次。慢慢会在周末开始
back to back long run, 中间会找几个离家近的地方跑些trail race
当作training. 至少要保证能成功站上起点线。

父母的任务接近完成，孩子一个大学毕业一个也快上大学了。我和太太说，最差就是卖

somewhere in your house. Typically it will be a 3-prone outlet, where the
two "live" lines are two single phases, out of phase. Such as phase A & (

，好像G1 phase, 最费时，弄不好，就进入G0 phase,长期休眠了，我本人就G0 phase
长期休眠了很久。若想要尽快考完，就一定要在这一期尽量缩短时间，而且，还有个问
题就是，这一阶段的动力很不足（好比酶的活性很弱，而且，还总被各个抑制因子（
p53 and Rb)不断check, 我就经常问自己，真的要走这条路吗？为什么？我一定要活得
这么累吗？等等，不断地question自己，一遇到不顺心的，就会G0 phase躲着），所以

蠹一ネㄓ形蓿?，对很多知识理解好很多，2，最重要的考版不再枯燥，大家互相鼓励，

If a drug or treatment is deemed SAFE in a phase 1 trial
and EFFECTIVE in a phase 2 trial,
it will then enter a phase 3 clinical trial. Phase 3 clinical trials are
much larger, and are done to see if a treatment is not only safe and
effective, but works better or has fewer side effects than treatments
currently available.
Phase 1 or 2 trial will most likely not helpful. |

价从$0.45 升到前不久的$32.07, 成长70多倍! 原因是HGSI有一个BENLYSTA新药通过了
Phase III，可以治systemic lupus，好象是治这个病的独门新药；
而CYCC(Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals, Inc.)在Jan 6收盘$1.06, Jan 8收盘已经达到$2.
96, 原因仅仅是由于有2篇文章发表，是利好消息，导致股价在3个交易日内上升接近2.
