在非纽约、旧金山湾区，以及非牛人的phd里面，还不是很普遍
纽约、旧金山湾区的本科生都拿10万、硕士12万、PHD15万[一般情况牛校毕业]。而且
在这mitbbs混的人很多，所以容易造成大家的误解
这些地方的10万，就当中部穷省的5万用，好点的省7万用。
