该 Center 的 Certifying Officer Stephen Stefanko 要在七月一日正式退休。
Philadelphia 的RIR可以说是最慢的一个地方，而且Stefanko是有名的刻薄，几乎对于所
有IT的案件都保持怀疑的态度。希望他的离职对于Philadelphia 的案件会有所帮助。
我们目前的RIR批准大多是在 Dallas 的案件，日期从 2001到2005年的都有。至于在
Philadelphia 的案件，虽然 Philadelphia自己说还在处理2001-2002的案件，但是我们
也有2003-2004的批准案件。所以我们无法而知他们正确的 Processing Time。
有很多的申请人还在观望与期待RIR能够快速批准。但这个期待可能不是很实际，因为很
多人以PERM再度申请，到目前都可以申请I-140与I-485了。
对于从RIR Convert 到 PERM的案件，我们所知道成功的案件非常的少，而且可实性有多
少我们也不敢确认，因为 |

的Amtrak车站。

打电话给customer service，一个老印，好像也傻乎乎的，弄了半天才确定是train不

的Amtrak车站。
这种就在Newark机场车站坐就行么？票是已经包含了么？就用打印出来的Email换火车
票么？
打电话给customer service，一个老印，好像也傻乎乎的，弄了半天才确定是train不
是flight。号称不用再买票了。觉得稍微有点不靠谱，求达人double check一下。

我们这里高速最左道经常到都是超20迈，local一般超5迈。估计这个在philadelphia行
不通。
上来问一下，有人知道么？想开快点又不想挨罚，有traffic时候follow traffic，没
