知道我土，呵呵。
头一次看脱衣舞在DC。
这是第2次，在philadelphia.
如果我说错了，先不要板砖砸我，hehe. 说是strip show因为我从网上
查来的地址，然后去的。在front street. DC那个并不收门票，但
philly这个更象个一般的bar,是收门票的，另外酒水也是一点不贵。地方比DC那个大。
bar里没什么，主要就是舞台，脱衣舞娘站在上面跳，另外有private dancing。
描述没什么了，就说说感受好了。
1.philly这个比起DC那个相对土而且保守。DC的是全脱，不带保留的。philly
这个我看了一晚上，连个breast就看到一次，更不要说下边了。脱衣舞娘的
训练规范程度也是DC的更好。DC的那个虽然全裸，但显得高雅。对于我们这类
文化层次相对很高，欣赏水平也不赖的人来说，DC更合适。philly这个更象个
下层劳动人民的场所，不是你我喜欢的场所。在DC，基本是只观看，在philly
是舞娘和客人的interaction.有些舞娘在台上，其他的在台下和客人 |

team with a GM who was not very good and an ownership who was
not willing to spend to win. He wanted Phillies to improve before
committing to a contract extension. Phillies were happy to be

发帖数: 16295 | 4 现在Phillies已经确定主场优势直到WS,应该是没有什么值得努力的了.剩下这6-7场的
输赢已经没有关系了.
Phillies是奔着WS冠军去的,否则就是失败.现在看来,最大的困难好像在第一轮NLDS.
Phillies的死穴是很明显的:打线左手太多,对左投一直没有什么办法,所以说Pence的加
盟才尤为重要. J Ro的问题是随着年龄和体重的增加,挥棒不再是短而快,而是总想打
home run. 以前能打很多singles加偷垒,现在只能是pop out了. Utely膝盖有伤,所以
现在打不出来,估计过些天会好些.
真正的麻烦在bullpen.没有一个投手能让人放心地投第7-8局.Worely,Stutes, Blanton
, Bastardo 都是一局能give up 2-3分的主,ERA看起来还可以,但不能保证clear
inning. 只要有人上垒,特别是失误或walk之后,失分太快.
如果能熬过第一轮,Phillies的前景会好些. |

发帖数: 28 | 5 跟所有近期CS考生一样，经历了两个月的痛苦等待，今天收到通知: 通过了! 真玄! 刚
考完的时候感觉很好，12个CASE 都基本按时完成，感觉INTERACT好的病人占多数，只
有一个腹痛病人硬是坚持开药，很难说服。可是跟LD一讨论，马上发现可能有3-4个问
题，再加上USMLEFORUM 和其他网站普遍认为PHILLY 对FMG很TOXIC，从此开始担惊受怕!
TIME: 一考完CK，马上全天准备一个半月，以前做过LD的SP，有底子。
BOOKS: 只有FA，PRACTICE CASE 过两三遍，MINICASE 3-5遍。平时练到大多数CASE都
有2-4分钟剩余，但考时时间过得特快，每个CASE时间都用得差不多，SP 都有几个
CHALLENGE QUESTIONS。
CLASS: NY GOLDUSMLEREVIEW 3天，对这班大家讨论过多次，仁者见仁，对我来说，一
是学到了所有的体检，二是通过SP FEEDBACK知道自己跟病人INTERACT应该改进的地方
。SP对我感觉不错，选我作为他们GOLDEN STETHOSCOPE侯选人。

同区的mets连战连败士气下降，队内chemistry恐怕会有些问题
外卡竞争者padres2个主力out of season，而且对手brewers还有playoff希望，
另一个外卡竞争者rockies之前n连胜,不过对手arizona是NL leader，而且也还没确保
进playoff
phillies追平mets，士气正旺，队内气氛不错，伤员们也都复出了，最后３场对D.C.,
打手们肯定是会发威的，唯一的隐忧是bullpen, 3个指望的上的，myers, gordan,
romero, 都overused, 剩下的都烂泥扶不上墙。。。希望周五cole hamels能坚持的长
久些，给bullpen休息一下，全力准备周末２场。

这是我第二个马拉松，6个月前跑的首马。
首先赞美一下赛道，设计的确实不错。前半在城市里，后半在河边，到一个小镇拐回来
，风景很好。我LD在philly呆了三年，我对philly还是很熟的很有感情的。
第二，人多，加油的很多。
第三，给水给很频繁。三处给gel，基本上你不用自己带了。一处给beer，这次没喝，
有点后悔，如果再跑，一定喝。
第四，开始时间设在7点还是不错的，跑完10点，11点，能回到旅馆洗个澡再走。旅馆
一般都让晚一点checkout，比如12:30或者再晚一点点。
跑前，在runningahead给自己定的目标是2:58:30，平均6:50的pace。
我一般悠不住，总是前面快，最后很挣扎。这次也没打算改。我计划把26.2分成两个部
分，22+4.2。最后4.2挣扎就挣扎吧。重点是前22miles，平均速度要在6:45。这样
22mile，能有110秒的余量。如果最后4.2就算速度掉15秒，也就是1分钟，前面的余量
足够了。看到后半程有些坡，而且后来会越来越慢，20mile后一定会慢的。最后计划是
前 13.1 at 6:40 pace

2) There are always good concerts and shows. Symphony, chamber music, curtis,
opera comapny, the ballet, theater...... plus large amount of musicians living
here. You literally can go to concert everyday.
3) So many good resteraurests (excpet chinese). greek, japaness, italian,
middeleastern.... centery city have many goo cafes and bars. You can never
run out of places to eat except west philly, pretty miserable in terms of

Halladay, and instead, went to the Lee route.
Baseball America just one month ago ranked Phillies farm system the 4th
overall, for the very reason that the top tier of prospects are cannot-
miss. Of course, projection can be wrong, just look at Mark Prior. But

再说说Phillies的bullpen, 赛季初我就说这是Phillies的软肋.今年靠着几个新手的超
水平发挥,结果不算差.但现在最要命的是别的队对Bastardo等人都已经适应,而这些新
手已经很累了,自信心也不行. Bastardo一遇到困难就死砸左下角silder,太容易适应了.
Lidge 确实老了, fast ball不行了,光凭silder很难strike out那些一线打手. |
