usually do not work well for PHN, which is one of the toughest pain
conditions to treat. Assuming this patient has tried multiple anti-
neuropathic medications already,
I would recommend
1. A trial of subcutaneous injection of Botox along painful area (typically
following dermatone distribution). Multiple studies showed promising results
of locally injected botox for PHN condition

antidepressants, gabapentin, or pregabalin
•For most patients with moderate to severe pain from PHN, we suggest

Exceptions include patients with heart disease, epilepsy, or glaucoma.

有几个missed call。号码不认识。我一般不接这样的电话。然后我就google这些号码

何？ 据说效果不如用药

1. medication: give a trial of anti-neuropathic medication
2. interventions: sub-cutaneous Botox injection, supra-orbital nerve block,
Trigeminal ganglion block and et al.

一般是敷“利多卡因”或“皮质类固醇”的膏药，不过都是治标的。 |
