and it is the worst phonecard i ever bought.
Its name is UNI world, by Callplus, locus telecommunication corp., like that.
Dialing-#: 1-800-941-1987(English)/1902(Chinese)
Problems are many, many,
when u first use it, disconnect suddenly, then u redial it, it tells you
that your PIN # is not active, ft! Then later use it, you will find the money
in it decreased a lot, since it is not active and you cannot use it!!

official phone lines in some china telecom's branch offices.
master li's fellow wheels quickly found a new way to use those

第一张我还没有开始打过任何一个电话，时间就直接从27个小时掉到了14小时。
第二张只用了三个小时，就说用完了。
我打电话去和客服说，客服就一直敷衍我，开始说会帮我查，但是连卡号都没问，我发
信给她，一直没回，我等了一个星期再打给她，她说会把分钟数还来。我隔天再打，她
说我一张卡里还有9小时，但实际上这张卡根本不给我用了。
她就一个劲说她也不知道怎么回事，应该去问carrier,她只是小喽啰，没法查我的通话
记录。她不回我email是因为她没有resources.
我已经给BBB写信了，因为我一直在它家买super clean card打回国，至今已经买了300
多块钱的卡了，从来没有留意我实际使用的电话时间，直到这次时间消失得太离谱。
其实我前几个月买的卡就用得很快，当时还以为是家里人用得太多。
如果也有人用他们的卡留个心眼。 |

员而异。
打电话之前应准备的东西（我把一下信息都重新抄到一份纸上，一目了然）
1）护照号
2）身份证号
3）中文姓名
4) 姓名拼音
5）出生日期
6）联系电话
7）传真（有的接线生会问“传真是多少”，直接跟她“没有”就行了；有的接线生比
较nice，问“有没有传真”，回答“没有”就行了）
8）Email（同上，答“没有”就行了）
除此之外还会问到：
1）性别
2）致电人和申请人什么关系
3）从哪儿买的电话卡（即使语音提示的时候你选的是3-网上购买电话卡，她还是会问
你一次）
……

网上买的12分钟电话卡，用的1st phonecard的长途卡，先往家里打电话试了一下音质
，直接对着手机话筒声音太小，换上耳机，质量不错！
接线员接线，我开始还没反应过来，那边开始说什么乱七八糟的，我没理，直接很横的
说“沈阳B2第一次最早约到什么时候”（这里说一下，我有点不太nice了，连个“您好
”都没说），感觉接线生是个新手，很慢的帮我查询，结果最早的时间太早了，又问最
