对磷的测试剂，都是那种对比颜色的，很难读准，而且我的鱼缸的磷含量一般保持在0.
1ppm一下，一般都是0.05ppm以下。这种业余级的测试工具就更没有用了。
为了得到更准确的数据，我买了手持式磷测试仪，它的精度已经很高了，可很难得到
consistent的结果。我觉得要么是这个测试仪本身又误差，要么就是对操作上太敏感。

The easy and reliable method to measure them is (anion) ion chromatography.
OHSU may have it. Any soil lab will have it. Water plant lab will have it

有晃动，更不会出声。
2）Sig的表面涂层从来不如HK或Glock，但它的枪管前端磨损俗称Sig Smilie，打个50
发是那样，打完5千发也就那样，并不比别的枪磨损大。但Sig枪一定要用grease。
3）你的那个弹夹应该是phosphate的，相比之下我更喜欢这种，Mec-Gar的有些很精致
的发亮的，反而有人不喜欢。SIG原厂弹夹只有两个厂，德国的Sauer，和意大利的Mec-
Gar，质量都非常可靠。
我一直觉得SIG的老本已经吃得差不多了。美产Sig质量粗糙几乎是共识了。和其它现代
手枪比，确实overpriced and overrated。Walther的PPQ只要500刀。
对于我来说，如果能遇到90年代前中期的西德产P226的NOS，我一定会买一把，其它的
就不值了。 |

finish is called Nitron finish and very rough to the touch. Older sigs use
folded carbon steel slide. The frame is milled Aluminum alloy or stainless
steel.
The magazine you have must be the Phosphate or something finish, it's also
rough to the touch but I heard it can reduce friction.Normally made by Mec-
gar in Italy. They also make aftermarket mag that can take 18 rounds with
the same length, flush fit.

太一样，是phosphate coated的，经常有FTF（两三轮就有一次），所以怀疑是弹簧太
松了，压了一下果然轻松压进去十七发。反正弹簧也过度压缩废了，就买了Woff的+5%
弹簧，一包三个15。没试+10% power的。
第一次拆手枪弹匣，非常简单，有半分钟就搞定了。今天去靶场打了一圈，果然现在上
弹的感觉比自带那俩还好，建议有FTF的朋友试试换Woff的。 |

功的女同事推荐黑豆（black bean),相对高蛋白底碳水。昨天去买菜就顺便买了一些，超
市里还有各种各样的干豆，比较了一下营养表，发现这个red kidney beans 也是高蛋
白底碳水，也买了一些回家。晚上图方便，把black beans 和red kidney beans 干豆
子洗洗就直接扔slow cooker里煮了，想着第二天早上起床就有豆粥早餐多美好啊。结
果第二天吃了大概1/4 cup，吃完没多久就觉得胃胀气难受，头昏脑胀，想吐却又吐不
出来，难受死了。还有轻微腹泻。 隐约记得吃paleo diet的童鞋们讨论过豆子煮不好
会有毒，放狗一搜，果然。大多数生的豆子里含有一个刺激肠胃的毒素
Phytohaemagglutinin (PHA),一种lectin， 豆类中red kidney beans含lectin量很高,
5个生豆子的毒素足以让人不舒服.这个毒素要高温煮才能破坏，用slow cooker低温煮
