法律条文里写：

意思就是取车付款前，应该给车主看车被拖时的照片，并给一个复印件。
可是在取车前，楼主打了电话主动要照片和general authorization.拖车公司用email
只发了照片，楼主也看到了照片，然后去取车。看照片的地方不在取车的地方。取车的
地方看门人不是接电话的人。取车的时候，看门人没有给楼主照片。

第一条的 “perception fidelity”，不一定是人类智商的体现。就好比
大猩猩的 photographic memory（Eidetic memory）比人类强多了。
。。。但背后的真相可能是，大猩猩的大脑的信息处理能力、大脑的符号
化能力，比人类差太多了，所以只好用 photographic memory （Eideitc
memory）死记硬背。。。而对于人类，因为有巨大的信息处理符号化能力，
用不着 photographic memory 这种不必要地占 N 多内存的 barbaric
算法，所以就退化了。
从这个角度说，死记硬背的功夫太强大的背后，可能也是智商低下的体现。

photographic memory，对下象棋帮助很大。另一个娃，没测过智商的那个，擅长下盲
棋，听娃爹的描述，估计也是photographic memory。
另外，我认识的那个熟悉国内小学教育，特别是超智班教育的专家，说photographic
memory小娃很多都有的，随着年龄增长用得少慢慢失去了，她还专门训练普通娃把这个
能力捡回来呢。 |

photographic memory的资料
之前看过，photographic memory是儿童中常见的正常现象，与理解力有关。随时年龄
增大会慢慢弱化。不记得有弱智一说。

看这个摄影师的全部照片，他确实没有一丁点歧视或嘲弄意图。照片没有故意丑化，表
达的基本都是正面情绪。他二十多次去非洲摄影，在摄影刊物上发表的作品大都是广阔
自然与生存其间的动物，都是欣赏和赞美之意。中国文化里的天人合一、人与动物互通
等观念比较深入人心，因此他和部分中国观众会自然看待这些人与动物的类比照片，没
有种族歧视的念头。而被长期的黑人种族歧视问题搞得人心惶惶的西方就没法以平常心
看待了。从表面上看这些照片，尤其是视频镜头里明显强调的那张小孩和大猩猩张大嘴
巴的对比照片，很容易引发不明真相的群众性义愤。
又想到，尊重与重视人权是较新引入的西方近代观念，对中国人的思想有很大的补充和
促进作用。不过高扬个体也伴生有很多现代病，不是至高无上的尚方宝剑或有利无弊的
万能药。如果人都能鞭策自己理性和谦和一些，虚心了解大千世界各地各民族的文化，
或许能避免99%的冲突。

calendar.

最早这个bbs开的时候，印象中只有arts版，photographer版是后来开的，因为我记得
最开始我跟人交流照片是在arts版发贴。最开始也没有贴图功能，只能给自己主页的链
接。那时候不管是在arts版还是photographer版，都非常冷清，别说讨论照片，连讨论
器材的帖子都很零星，大多数帖子往往是问个器材问题，得到回答了就走人。当年在那
两版里交流的人中只记得LowIQ，sheen和zooie了。当时zooie的风光和纽约人文的片子
非常好，他用的是F3和F90，扫描用LS 2000，如果我记得没错的话。据说他是清华本科
到美国来参加数学奥赛，后来被这边学校录取了的，所以不论是学业还是摄影，我当时
都为之高山仰止。Sheen也是清华毕业的，后来移民新西兰，再跑到美国，当时他贴了
一些新西兰的风光，让我很是艳羡，私下聊过发现原来他和我中学同学在清华同班睡上
下铺，世界真小。
99年的时候3k，也就是现在大家说的老邢，给bbs增加了贴图功能，其用法到现在都没

发帖数: 1122 | 49 我没有仔细研究过HCB,只是东看一点西看一点,误解可能也不少.我想这里有两个问题.
(1) HCB认为什么是一张好照片?
根据他的名言:
To me, photography is the simultaneous recognition, in a fraction of a
second, of the significance of an event as well as of a precise organization
of forms which give that event its proper expression.
我同意你说的 “一张照片同时具备narrative和formal两方面完整性”. Formal当然不
用说. Narrative或许可以理解是他这里说的 “give that event its proper
expression.”
(2) 另外一个问题我觉得是HCB做为一个艺术家是不是就是追求拍到一堆好照片?达到所
谓的著作等身什么的.

最近读了John Szarkowski关于Winogrand的文章：
