Nikon is done with the new products announcements for 2011. Something really
big is coming in January 2012 -Nikon has bought space for a LOT of ads in
big photography magazines for January 2012. I know they use to advertise a
lot, but in this case, the extremely high amount of ads next month is a sign
that they plan to reveal something big. Since we are talking about
professional photography magazines, I can only think of the D800 and maybe
even the D4 and not a consumer level camera.

photography。d700更适合体育和新闻抓拍，而5d2更像是richard avedon这样的慢拍。

using a tripod also stablized the image, however, depending on the kind of
tripod and shooting conditions, sometimes it may be better to turn ooff the
image stablizer function.
the stablizer is equally effective for hand-held photography and photography
with a monopod.
但是没说monopod 和 IS 一起用效果如何

heavy to carry around for nature photography in this rugged Yukon landscape.
There are few trails here and I must often bush-whack to get the shot.
Currently I shoot with the superb little ( 1 lb.) 10 mp Nikon D60 of which I
now own 3, all mounted on different lenses so I'm instantly ready to shoot
from 10mm through to 500mm. I also shoot with the Nikon 16 mp D7000, a truly

designed specifically for aps-c sensor, they are optimized for a smaller
image circle. If put on a FF sensor, they would acutally look worse. Vice
versa, if you put an L/G lenses, which are designed to cover a larger image
circle, it may not perform as well on an aps-c. In this case, I think you
are lens-limited rather than sensor-limited. But fundamentally, the

一年多前，小丸子在危难中挺身出任版主，并欢迎我加入版务。我开始很不想当，一是
当时版面的情况非常不堪，动荡过后人心散尽，人气惨淡，感觉恢复无望了。二是我当
时学业上遇到了困难，论文被卡住久无进展，怕做版务更加耽误时间。但她没有对我放
弃，劝了很多，让我再考虑考虑。我很感动于她的看重，想起人生到现在，并没有担起
过什么大的责任，做版务也许对自己是个挑战。就答应了。从今年初，我的文章进程得
到了大幅的加速，经过数月的努力，得以答辩，在年底毕业。版务当的也还行，组织了
一些活动，灌了不少水，结交了很多新朋友，没被人弹劾。也增强了自信心，原来自己

譬如第 3 collect feedback..那段：

应该是 every bride's reaction..
还有第 5 点那段：
“Wedding photography trends comes and go。”

typo 了: to give an unrealistic..

I really hope Nikon gets a wakeup call from this. I clean my own sensors, so
I didn't find this to be that big a deal - and I'm sure they see it the
same way. Hey, sensors get dirty, as do lenses.
But for those who are "scared" to clean their own sensors, this is a huge
deal. Almost like a car that has to go for service on a monthly basis. I
believe these people see this as a huge design flaw.

。顶多是个是个leica fan，用的器材挺高档，但根本不懂调色。直出没有任何调整，
都是用的机内default的设置（这家伙也没说什么设置），各个机身的default色彩锐度
肯定是不一样的。这么比有意义吗？digital photography重点是要调照片的potential
，要能调出味道才行，这点来说机身真不算太重要，重要的是镜头。因为镜头的味道是
调不出来的，机身default的味道锐度却是可以调的。贴一下M9和Sony的片子，都是从
这篇文章里拿来的，sony的给稍微调了一下，你说哪张色彩好。这家伙比锐度，都不说
机内设置是什么，size也不一样，有意义吗。锐度这东西，只要出的照片后期能加锐到
不失真就清晰的话就是好的。 |

landscape photography. Most of the average joes do *not* know how to make
good landscape photographs under super wide angle prospective. 24-70mm seems
more appropriate for general purpose landscape photography on 6D. |

want your lens to be as wide as possible. the 16-35mm is wider than the 24-
70mm, so lots of people believe when it comes to landscape photography, 16-
35 is the more suitable lens for that purpose.
if you do some research online, you will find that other people have
recommended the 16-35 for landscape and architectural photography. |

3月份趁着尼康rebate活动，800多刀分别入了16-35 F4和24-120 F4，紧接着又在
craigslist上捡了个便宜，700刀入了个成色还不错的70-200 F4，至此小三元集齐了。
7月份老婆用她在美国的第一笔工资给我买了D610，告别了陪伴4年之久的D5000，从此
踏上全副之路。此后，又陆续入了35，50，85 1.8和Zeiss 50 1.4，不过最终在经济压
力下，这些个定焦镜头都卖了或者退了。
授业篇
年初，因为学校Digital Media Commons的Director非常喜欢我的照片，被问可否在图
书馆开workshops。想想可以练练口语，也可以与他人共同学习，便答应了。每学期一
个series三个workshops，分别讲Lens，Landscape Photography和Portrait
Photography。每个workshop一个小时，都精心准备了slides和handout。现在已经讲了
两个学期了，给学校里的摄影爱好者普及了摄影知识，自己在准备的过程中温习了很多。
