的名字,但如果你把作者总结的希特勒的性格特征里的希特勒换成疮破,一点都不会有

in a phrase that modifies a verb. Allegedly not this:

(1) For the author, using a politically controversial phrase is not
appropriate.
(2) For the reviewer, asking for revision based on a political reason is
risky. If the author appeals, the editor might decide to cancel your review
because it is not professional.
(3) My personal suggestion is that you have two options:
Reject the paper with another reason which is scientific. Do not say
anything about politics. This will keep you safe.
Write a suggestion, like "The author uses phrases/sent...
