现在小孩玩具多了，课后班才艺班多了，肯定影响一部分体育锻炼的，我们小时候2、3
点放了学，自己在院子里疯跑，那是一直锻炼到天黑被家长拖回家的，而且都是集体项
目，除了踢球，更多的是孩子自己发明革新的一些集体游戏，现在回忆起来，很锻炼反
应速度各方面的技能，真不比可以设计的正轨体育项目差。
孩子做事情的最大动力其实是和伙伴一起来，我娃的phyisical therapist和我连夸带
忽悠，又是玩具又是啥新鲜东西的，让他做些动作，他在playground里跟着大孩子疯跑
，举个树枝就能跑三圈。。。当然人家physical therapist的动作是特意设计的全面发
展的东西。
现在我看下来，大孩子们放学去的afterschool，户外倒是很多，不过都是老师有组织
的，也还好了，可能有些家长觉得放羊，我觉得虽然没有孩子扎堆疯玩理想，但是比在
家写作业看电视强多了，我以后就算蹲家当妈，每周也会给娃报两天afterschool疯玩
去。
还有，就是家长的带头作用，环境的强制推动。我不是常抱怨娃腿软，懒么？其实我自
己也是挺懒，到哪儿总找地方坐着，从小也是歪歪扭扭没站相。但是幸运... 阅读全帖 |

这大过节的，真是非常令人气愤。
从CVS出来，买了采血针和血糖仪，想着去菜店看下有什么比较好的清仓，买了就回家。进去的时候门禁响了，我已经习惯了，经常从CVS或者RA出来，在进另一家会叫，叫就叫吧，直接走到清仓区，看着好像还有些值得买的。但是左右肩都已经各背一个大包了，手上还提了一个CVS的br />

拿了看上2件打算买的东西，发现还是有些好东西的，没地方搁了，打算去门外拉手推车进来，出门前，特地把手上的2件物品放在门禁内的桌上。
出去找小推车，门禁又响了。等我把包都放在车上，转身要推进超市时，发现当班经理和夜班女小二（后来回想应该是此人妒忌我用胖子省钱）气势汹汹的站在我身后。

发帖数: 1229 | 11 I switched from chemistry to physics in china. I got MS in physics in china and
took GRE physics, and then got 4 offers in phyics although I don't have any
phyisics course except general phyics in undergraduate transcripts. So
if you really want to study physics, try to get a MS china, and then come here
or at least spend one year studying graduate level physics in China and then
come here. BTW my GRE physics is 990.

First of all, you must know what happened. You have to ask around. No rush,
no angry. Calm down first.
Then you must to know the policies of hospital.
If you can find alliances to fight with you at the same time, it will be
perfect.
Before you fight, you have to know whom you are dealing with. It is a
Chairman, Nurse manager, nurse, or Attending? What is his/her role in the
hospital? What are you fighting for? What is his/her shortcoming?
