什么叫一秒？是一小时的1/3600，一天24小时，一年365天。
可见时间是由地球绕日头决定的。
那我要问：外星球呢？年和天一定不同于地球，因此会有不同
的时间概念。
这也解释了为什么天上一天地上一年的神话，根本就不是同一
时间系统，不一定是什么相对论的问题。
还有，在蚂蚁看来，人的一秒像它们的一分钟，你认为蚂蚁活得短，
那乌龟还认为人活得太短了呢。动作越慢的动物，相对时间活得更长。
时间不是绝对的，是你的感觉而已。
再往深了说，时间是不存在的，是因为你感知了周围变化才有时间
的概念，一旦什么都不变了，时间就停止了，呵呵，但愿你能理解。
总之，干什么事慢点，长寿，但别停干事，至少要喘气，好让时间走。

trying to get to the level of proficiency needed for his degree would have
been wasted.
On the other hand, if a physicist today doesn't know how to use a computer,
doesn't know modern physics, doesn't know advanced mathematics, will indeed
amount to nothing.

根本上，对Solyndra贷款的决策过程是有缺陷的。在作出决策的时候，他没有足够的细
节。他决定的最大支持，是OMB对Solyndra的信用评估。
其次，他的communication有极大问题。很多时候他似乎根本没有明白对方的point，也
不能跟上对方明示或者暗示的逻辑。即便他的决策本来没有问题，他的辩护也太低能了。在
Solyndra信用恶化以后，为什么DOE继续对其进行自主，这个问题他始终没有能够回答。议员列
举了很多Solyndra信用恶化的第三方评估，如果朱有与其向左的根据，那么他应该立刻拿出来。
