磁领域有开拓性发现，是此技术的基础。
最先此技术是为开发防卫州际导弹的电磁盾牌，不过所耗能源较大，需复盖面积较广，
文献中实际价值看似不大.
此技术是沿地球磁力线，对电离层作用，对其产生所谓"加热"作用. 建立在阿拉斯加
，因为那里有大量天然气，提供运行这个组合天线所需的能源。
能够人工制造地震是可以实现的技术，电离层被加热的那块在磁力线来回震荡中能够加
强那些地震敏感区的共振效应。所以不是任何地方都可以被人工地震，而是地震带附近
。另外haarp装置要和被人工地区在较接近的纬度。所以有人说米在中亚的军事基地有
此天线组，不奇怪。
人工地震地区往往会有环状彩云，这个原理和极地极光产生的原理相似，不过后者是太
阳电磁风所致。2008年地震疑是人为。
除地震外，对于haarp 对于其它气象的控制，感觉不太可能。

摘要：本文回顾了从20世纪50年代初期开始，在我国对“物理学中的唯心主义”进
行的多次批判运动。特别是依据“百花齐放”的方针，对层子模型前后声称以马克思主
义指导基本粒子理论研究，并指责同行物理学家为“唯心主义”的一些正式发表的言论
进行了案例分析。

在我充裕的空闲时间里（呵呵），我仍然在阅读今年的雨果奖侯选作品。
刚刚读完了刘慈欣的《三体》，原著是中文写就，译者刘宇锟。这就是那部在第一轮提
名中落选的长篇小说，Marko Kloos退出后，它才保住了侯选的位置。在雨果奖半个世
纪的历史中，很少有非英文原创作品获得提名，中国的作品则是从未有过，因此《三体
》在这方面是个突破，也是“世界科幻大会”正在（缓慢地）变得更加世界化的一个标
志。
这是一本很不寻常的书，奇妙地混合了科学和哲学思辨，政治和历史，阴谋论和宇宙学

我确实不是费米的博士研究生，李是。可是我是费米的得意学生，而李不是。证明一：
费米在芝加哥的九年教过不少学生，其中只有我和他联名发表过理论物理文章[Phys.
Rev.76，1739(1949)]。证明二：1948年春费米为了弄懂Schwinger对重整化的工作（这
是当时最红的研究领域），每星期两、三个上午在他的办公室中讨论此工作。（见《
1983杨》6页）参加的除费米外，有两位教授：Teller与Wentzel，与五位研究生：Chew
