其实还有其他的考虑：首先是小孩上学，然后上班距离：买的房子就固定位置了，租可
以很灵活。
买房要值，还得看房子升值吧。租房就没法升值。当然，跌了也是你的。租房也没有这
个risk。
基本上，房子升值或降值算你的，其他的都pice in了吧。市场会调节到买和租的其他
cost差不多的。要不肯定有人探索这个差价的。 |
