I talked to my inspector, he said that he does not suggest to hire a structure engineer. What do you guys think by looking at the cracks?
Driveway cracks
Garage wall cracks
Inspector claims that the old house that I am buying is having settling
problem.
The south and east sides are ok with 0.4-0.5% settling
The north and west sides have problem with 0.8-0.9% settling
if>1%, foundation will need to be repaired.

1. 用biscuit joiner连接防止错切;
2. 用v-nails帮助加固。 |

（大约40x30），画得的确不错，连我这个不懂画的都觉得好看。据说该画家同类作品
市场上卖家20-30万人民币，当然我觉得这里水分还是比较大，但价值个1-2万刀应该也
是有的。想把它装一个镜框给挂起来，问了一下local店，譬如ac moore之类的，只能
由他们订做，价格200到400刀不等，要看选择的什么材料，镜框防不防紫外线等等。我
就想问一下，这种picture framing会不会对画有永久性损伤，譬如用了胶水，装好了
就拿不下来了？可不可以买个现成的框子，尺寸大约合适，自己给装上去？多谢了。 |

总体说来还行。不过也要看摄影师。
七个月的那个摄影师我觉得没有一岁的那个好。主要是没有一岁的那个会逗小孩。
不过也有可能七个月的时候还不太明白到底是干啥呢。
给小宝宝照相要注意的是小孩子attention span实在是太短。
家长在预约的时候一定要注意约的时间。
我都是算好时间是他吃饱喝足睡饱，精神最最愉快的时候去。
就是这样一般能有10-15分钟能够集中注意力就非常非常不错了,再长就不行了。
另外自己带玩具也是不错的主意。
我们照一岁照的时候就是自己带了个walker去，果然很有用。
不多说了大家看照片吧。
1-3：七个月的
4-9：1岁的
10-11：自己在家照的
12：贴照片也是很累的。。。。 |

那么其他的照相的地方，比如JCPENNY/ SEARS也这样吗？都不给底片？要是自己想
REPRINT都不可以嘛？

发帖数: 1064 | 33 和老公一起请假一天，踩着预约的时间去的picture people,等了一个多小时，进studio,拍照时间20分钟不到,摄影师和女儿几乎没有互动。最后，打折的基础上，花了$150，买了所有的digital copy,打印了四张照片（拿回家仔细看，有两张还有缺陷）。除了女儿的两三张还可以，合影都不是太满意。
然后，我就受刺激了，花了一整天的时间在电脑前研究如何在自己家里搭个简易的摄像
棚。。。。$300？自己家里搭个studio都够了。
最后考虑到我手头上还有很多事情要做，就暂时把这个想法搁浅了。。。如果生老二，我一定自家搭一个studio. |

实在不知道要那么多一样的照片干吗用？老人都在国内，一般都是发e-mail和视频，从
来不把照片印出来的，都是用电脑看。
问了学校不是必须买，但是怕不买娃觉得与众不同，买吧，几十块钱买了照片又似乎没
什么用。
想问问一般买的是大多数还是不买的是大多数呢？我想随大流就好了。
