最近试抗体，发现Pierce的这个活动很好，只要你第一个抗体符合它上边说的有新的它
与原本没有试过的应用（WB, IF, IHC, IP等等），你提交相关图片就可以免费获得第
二个同等或较少价值抗体；如果第二个抗体也有新的应用，提交图片，免费拿第三个；
以此类推，如果你运气好的话，可以循环下去。我现在正在提交第二个抗体的图片，马
上拿到第三个抗体。但是这个活动马上就结束了，12/31。如果感兴趣的可以试一下。
这个活动对于我这种做非主流模式生物，专门的抗体比较少的人很有用。只要尽量选高
度同源的多克隆抗体，做IF总会有些pattern。

So may accidents at US93 and Pierce Ferry Rd because the stop signs confuse
people. I've seen people run the stop sign on Pierce Ferry because they see
the second stop sign in the medium and get confused.
Also turning off US93 onto Pierce Ferry it's easy at highway speeds to fail
to see the stop sigh in the medium.
We could afford flashing LED lights on the 25 MPH sign going into Dolan, why
not on the stop signs entering high speed traffic on US93.

除湿器后盖打开后，在低压管（有保温棉保住的，通常连到压缩机的底端）上找个合适
的直线位置，
剪开（或用手扳开）保温棉，用砂纸把铜管表面砂一下。然后装Piercing Valve，要注
意的是这个阀装的位置未来Manifold hose（蓝色）有足够的空间可连上， 未来装回后
盖是有足够的空间。Piercing Valve上3个角上的收紧螺丝，每拧一点，换另外一个角
拧，以此安顺序重复收到紧位置，但不要用太大力，拧过头。
CPS MV3H2P5A Manifold 上的低压（蓝色）阀和高压（红色）阀顺时针方向都关紧。把
低压hose(蓝色）的非ANTI-BLOWBACK 端和charging hose（黄色）上的非ANTI-
BLOWBACK端连上 manifold, 拧紧。
低压管的另一端(ANTI-BLOWBACK端)连上Piercing Valve--拧紧。
此时此刻你的Manifold 上的低压（蓝色）表上显示的是0 PSI,如果不准的话用把细小
一字螺丝刀在表的后面可以校正到0.

如果不是老公不喜欢，脸上和身上早就不下5个的piercing了，觉得好看，尤其鼻翼耳

是我还没找到直接关于亚洲孩子和college youth的数据。
LZ开文说的是大学里的亚裔男生，也许是个阳光的男孩。如果要说吸毒抽烟流氓等不良

力任何一个300万以上的后卫， 如果只顾自己出手，在火箭都可以打倒20+。仅仅就组织
能力而言， 此MJ比起彼MJ都差得太多了。联盟的后卫，真实一分钱一份货。
大前锋的那块木头虽然也大大低于平均值， 但是主席的防守还是可以有所弥补。最看不

的实验者而言，感触尤深。在 这五年的western blot实验历程里，我先后用过进口抗
体，进口抗体国内分装包装，国产抗体，质量良莠不齐。
进口抗体一般不会出现闪失：abcam品种全，质量过硬，但价高（3400元/100微升），
而且说是100微升，但至多能吸出来90微升；Sigma的 价最贵；比较有性价比的是CST的
抗体，现在好像是2200元/100微升，我前后用过二十几种， 1:1000的稀释比下，还没
有失过手，100微升通常能完成所有的免疫组化和western blot实验，还有一个优点是
通常量比100微升多出来10微升，唯一的不足是CST的品种实在不多。Santa的多克隆抗
体质量可以，但是选用 Santa的单抗还是有风险，估计这也是业界共识了吧。
进口抗体国内分装包装我也用过不少，呵呵，毕竟是穷人（420元/100微升），大概好

本报已持续报道“哈佛女生踢爆华师美式高中骗局”7天。截至昨日，已陆续有4名曾在“华师美式高中”就读的学生联系到新快报记者，讲述了在该机构读书的经历。这4名学生爆料，入读“华师美式高中”后，负责人吴天清曾建议他们放弃原就读中学的学籍，并声称可以帮他们“弄到更好的”，其中一名学生因此失去国内高中毕业证，至今无处申诉。
另有18名学生在今年6月份由“华师美式高中”毕业后，集体前往了美国的社区大学“PierceCol l ege”读预科，吴天清称，这批学生将在半年后拿到美国高中学位，并借此申请美国高校。但据出国留学业内人士介绍，这家学校是美国的一所社区大学，其预科班所提供的美国高中学位只是部分地区认可，并不能在全美范围内申请大学。

据香港媒体报道，王大陆因为电影《我的少女时代》而爆红，却因为走红后与经理人柴智屏 提出解约，令不少人认为他反骨，其实王大陆自十六岁加盟群星瑞智旗下，一直不受重用，早在《我的少女时代》上映前已曾提出解约，可惜约未解已爆红，令事情出现阻滞。
近日柴智屏因为王大陆有份演出的电影《28岁未成年》剧照曝光，向王大陆和电影公司发出律师信，据知，成龙 已出面帮王大陆处理解约事宜，杨受成和林建岳亦分别与王大陆见面提出合作。

工人为了抗议生产自动化,四处找机会捣毁纺织机。另外一个没这么出名但是离我们比
较近的例子是对“自动化型失业”的担忧，1961年2月24日《时代周刊》中的一篇文章
就以此为题：
因为机器效率更高而减少的工作数量只是问题的一部分。让众多就业专家更忧心的
是自动化可能会阻止经济创造出足够多的新工作机会……整个产业的趋势是小规模工厂
完成大规模产量……服务业和办公室工作的岗位增加抵消了工厂减少的工作岗位。但自
动化也开始不断逼近办公室工作并淘汰他们……过去，新产业雇用的员工远远超过他们
造成的失业，但现在的很多新产业并非如此……目前，新产业为非熟练工人或半熟练工
人提供的就业机会相对较少，而自动化吞噬的正是这两类人的工作。
