况。
但是适航性又是人命关天的指标。美国在China Lake用模型实验了好几年，结果一下水发
现高海况下稳定性还是不行。道理很简单，传统外飘型船身，埋首的时候，浪越大浮力
梯度越大，是很强的正反馈。wave piercing hull越往上截面积越小，同等海况晃动幅
度大得多。这玩意是给中等海况优化的，但是碰到高海况就吃瘪了。

昨天又去找那个armory dom来了个session，各种鞭子抽的我好爽。但是觉得还不够
extreme，最后在我要求下给了我几个level 8-9 的dragon tail slap。但是就是被
impact的那一下和之后几秒疼的很爽，然后就没感觉了， 希望他一直在那里抽才爽。
之前看过piercing等extreme的instrument觉的超级turnon。。。貌似我很享受being
destroyed 感觉。。。可是想不明白为什么. 他说如果我想体验更extreme或者不同的

死亡，死因都是中国游客违规驾驶。这已很说明问题了，在这个路其他游客包括各个国
家的游客，为什么没有事故？
1。中外交通与法规不同，中国法规在有些方面比较含糊，另外指示牌欠缺。
在中国，交规是： “无红绿灯和交通指示牌的路口，减速通过，避让别的车辆。”
在美国，如果路口无红绿灯，肯定至少有一边有有Stop指示牌，必须停车，而无指示牌
的一方有路权，在路口不减速通过。如果双方都有Stop指示牌，都停车，谁先停车谁有
路权先走。
再对比中国，有的路口没有指示牌，再加上法规的含糊，在这样的路口怎样“减速”全
看司机自行掌握，搞得混乱模糊，该停的不停，不该减速却就减速阻塞交通。换句话说
，上述的中国交规的缺陷会造成了路口的‘程序死循环’。
2。中国人缺少西方‘路权’概念，所谓路权，就是行驶优先权。比如，胡同里出来的
车辆，一定要让正路上的车辆先过，直到路上安全，才可出行。同样90号高速公路在没
有信号灯的情况下，一马平川，永远无需减速，因为它是大路，有路权。而与它横跨的

国务院官员证实，川普政府计画推动新规，加强查缉「生育旅游」(birth tourism)，
也就是外国籍孕妇入境美国，在美国境内产下一出生便可拥有美国籍的宝宝。
美国广播公司(ABC)20日报导，国务院官员指出，这波规定更改旨在因应生育旅游涉及
国家安全与执法层面的漏洞，包括生育旅游产业衍生而来的各种事项。
官员指出，国务院近期之内就会公布有关短期观光签证、商务签证的政策更动。
对于美国採属地主义的出生公民权，川普政府官员曾多次公开提出检讨；川普政府希望
让外国人士到美国生下美国公民宝宝变得困难，这波签证规定更改堪称朝这个方向努力
的步骤之一。
美国宪法第14条修正案(the 14th Amendment)，规定任何在美国出生的儿童，生下来就
是美国公民，无需考虑其父母的国籍。

我的想法是；似乎历史上中国在自己封闭的体系中只能产生incremental innovation,

armor and armor piercing rounds if needed. Few country in the world is as
advanced as Japan in the field of metallurgy. All of it came down to how
much money they are willing to spend on it. |
