是大事，
我的意见，现在绝对不能够离婚，实在不行也要等待card,485approve 到收到卡，也就
不到一个月，一般 是2周左右，我做过统计。你应该向他核实要绿卡。
婚姻是人生重要的事情，来一点温柔，看看谈谈，可有转回的机会。

可是从USCIS下载的i-485instr.pdf 中看说：
“Petitioners filing form I-485 alone or together with Form I-140 for any
other employment-based classification should file at the USCIS Dallas
Lockbox facility."
我个人理解，觉得应该交到Dallas
Lockbox 还是 Nebraska Service |

reference me to a detailed article/webpage summarizing the details? I read
Pijiang's blog in wenxue city which is very much helpful on how to fill the
forms, but not on packaging.

Application，我应该选a，即 I am a permanent resident or conditional
resident of the United States and applying for a reentry permit。难道不是吗
？Pijiang的博客里说应该选d，即Advance Parole Document。我怎么也不理解为什么
选d。I-131 的Instruction上写的着：如果你是H1....并且已经递交了I-485，你不必
申请Advance Parole Document。如果选d，似乎是在美国拿不到回美证，而需要到国内
指定的地方去取。究竟是怎么回事呢？有人能给予明确指导吗。万分感谢！ |

按照pijiang的说法，如果配偶现在中国，应该选"Applying for a Visa Abroad"。
但如果申请人很清楚，等排到485前，配偶肯定回美国AOS，难道不可以选"Applying
for Adjustment of Status"吗？
另外如果这样填，等排到递交485时，配偶回美国了,会对AOS有影响吗？ |

your
petition is not necessarily original except the signatures for the USCIS
forms. Meanwhile, if you can find a color copy machine, it is hard for
people
to differentiate between the copy and the original.
The sample of "employment verification letter" can be found in some lawyers'
websites.

最清楚自己，好好准备，律师其实并不重要。律师轻拍
2） 好好准备Petition letter。要做到条理清楚。在letter中，应该很清楚地阐述你
符合哪几
点，为什么符合，并给出有力的证据。数字很有说服力
3） 推荐信尽量做到多样。不要都找自己的老板，或同事。最好找independent的
researcher或业界人士。我要了5封，两个院士，两个系主任，一个公司老总，平时多
联系，别用
完就不理人家了，
4） 485申请可以参看文学城上pijiang的帖子， 自己准备没问题的
5）装订要做到简洁明了，我只用了六个标签，2厘米厚的材料
有很多细节既不一一列出来了，总之我较着比写文章容易一些
