这两天收到「医师人权组织」（Physicians for Human Rights，简称PHR）给会员的一
封信，竟要大家写信呼吁美国国会为叙利亚人民伸张正义。这有如歹徒闯进家园奸杀掳
掠，却说为了「输出」家庭民主与人权，然后人权组织竟要求大家写信给歹徒背后的帮
派首脑伸张正义。
PHR成立于1986年，我1988年加入，倏忽也已四分之一个世纪。 PHR就跟AI（国际特赦
组织）或HRW（人权观察组织）一样，是国际上颇具声望的中立人权机构，尚且如此偏
颇，更不用说那些挂政治羊头卖人权狗肉者。美国多的是这一类香肉人权组织，尤为恶
名昭彰者例如颁给王丹「人权奖」的美国民主基金会（National Endowment for
