him/her know your new blood test. And see if you can get any information
from him/her. And you can also
call the endocrinologist's office to request to talk to the doctor, and see
if the doctor can call you back.
I am taking medicine to lower my TSH too ( I am 10 weeks pregnant). My
dosage is 12.5 micro gram, half pill

i used to the birth control patch, (u put on ur arm). my Ob send a letter
that the new reseach shows it increase chance for woman to get cancer or
other hormone related disease (dont remenber name) because the dose is high.
So i switch to daily pills..
but its ur call to use which birth control methode. So discuss it with your

妈上百万年也没有prenatal vitamin吃，不都生孩子了。LZ别想太多了。
鱼油的话nordic naturals不错，是American Preg Association推荐的。不过DHA这个
东西的studies也是有说有利的有说有害的，有说没有变化的。
其实这些营养素，能从饮食里摄取，基本一周内（不求每天）大体均衡，就可以了。肯
定要比pills好很多。其实我最近对vitamin pills很suspicious。然后查了一下，除了
美国，没有哪个发达国家要求吃的，英国也只是要求前三个月吃（主要是为了叶酸）。
所以LZ放松好了，饮食均衡最重要。 |
