在非法移民的问题上，华人内部有分歧有争议可以理解。但在合法移民的问题上，不管
左派右派，有一点应该是最基本的共识：我们没有任何理由反对合法移民。读到本篇文
章的华人同胞，基本都是移民。如果有些华人身为移民竟然反移民，尤其是反遵纪守法
的合法移民，那真是缺了大德了。做这种缺德事，用中国传统的说法，那是要遭报应的
，是要遭天打雷劈的，是要断子绝孙的。
最近在华人社区引发热议的移民改革法案（也就是川普国情咨文中谈到的“Deal”和“
four pillars of immigration reform”），其目的和目标就是反合法移民。川普的这
个改革方案，就是给DACA合法化，换取边境建墙的拨款和合法移民的削减。该方案要削
减近一半的合法移民名额，包括大量亲属移民（包括美国公民的父母和超龄子女）。

议院通过。
法案呼吁允许“所有级别”官员来往于美台之间，并让这些官员会晤对方的对应官员。
法案还鼓励台湾的经济文化代表在美国开展业务。《台湾旅行法》立法通过是100%的大
概率事件。
在川普总统可能签署两院通过的这项法案之前，北京向华盛顿提出了外交抗议。外交部
