昨天做得太多，放了一碗在冰箱，24小时候拿出来，口感果然很奔溃,不过以前看到一
种做法，热水过一遍就好了，不过我嫌麻烦将就吃了。
用各种香料加水煮了30分钟得到凉汁，同样用各种香料和油小火熬了20分钟，稍微放凉
一点后沥掉香料泼在碎辣椒上，再猛撒一把蒜蓉，就是香辣蒜油了，西格玛说这个油辣
子很有感觉

8杯面的皮用9寸盘蒸了2小时以上，大概够4-6人吃饱，所以吃凉皮肯定是不减肥的。面
筋洗得干净一些，凉皮的味道稍微好那么一点点。大概蒸2-3张皮锅里就要续水保证足
够的蒸汽。

MICHAEL PILLSBURY的文章，文章认为经过40年对中国人的研究之后，西方政策制定者

ROLL (减$4后价格分别为$0.29和$0.79),还有一袋西红柿.结果CHECKOUT时CASHIER一看
我递上两张胖子,立马叫来MANAGER,说是买Pillsbury的东西不管买多少只能用一张胖子
.想想已经很便宜了,就没再理论了.
后来又去KROGER买FIBER ONE 4PK YOGART. 本来有一张27号过期的$1EQ,加上一张IP胖
子,应该正好免费,结果EQ也没出来.后面排着大长队,不好意思多耽搁,只好掏钱了事.

60年代，Ben and Jerry是2个普通的high school kids, 喜欢吃，长得胖，长跑不及格
。分别从2所普通的大学毕业后没几年，2个没有前途，没有女人，没有钞票的年轻人决定自己当老板，开一家和吃有关
的店。bagel设备太贵，热带的大学城都有了ice cream店，所以他们就跑到Burlington, vermont, 借了ben老爸的钱，
在朋友的帮助下，开了以他们的名字命名的ben &jerry homemade ice cream store.
由于ben有嗅觉和触觉问题，尝不出味道，他就建议jerry在ice cream里加超过普通
recipe几倍的flavor, 结果市场反响出奇的好。可惜vermont的夏天很快过去了，他们为了继续推广生意，经常参加各种

不过包饺子不建议用自发粉，这种面粉用来做饼不错，里面本身含盐，而且可以发起
来，所以很饼很蓬松。但是做饺子皮显得筋道不足。饺子皮还是all purpose flour 最
好，筋度最好。说到牌子，我一直是买最便宜的，经济实惠。但好的确实会面粉更细腻
些，面团更筋道些。
我用过的牌子我最喜欢pillsbury ，但很少买，我都是买coastco 大包面粉。

发帖数: 739 | 45 包子也是我们喜欢之一，因为自己发面很麻烦。所以我跟老公就自己发明了，简易加懒
人版的包子，很简单，也很快。这个可以算说我们夫妻同心，一起完全的。我包的包子
，老公拌的肉馅。
既然叫简易版鲜肉包子，就方便省事，整个过程不用半小时即可吃到热气腾腾的包子。
大家可以一次包3-40个，蒸好以后速冻起来，早上用湿纸包上微波炉里1-2分钟就热了。
首先材料就可以用现成的，Pillsbury出品的Ready to Use Country Style Biscuit面
块就可以用来包。这种是已经发酵好的面，而且是分好了一罐10个的分量。美国各个超
市可以买到，注意这种Country Style的面本身微咸，因为美国人一般用来烤晚餐小面
包，还有一种是Butter Milk的味道微甜。
肉馅的调制：猪肉末600克（可以包30个），加入约2汤匙生抽酱油，少许姜末，少许胡
椒粉，1汤匙香油，（花椒油少许），碎末芽菜2-3汤匙，糖少许，搅拌均匀即可。
这种发酵的面不适合折小褶的包子，所以褶子都比较大。包好后，上蒸锅大火5-8分钟
就好了。

美国国防政策顾问、中国问题专家白邦瑞（Michael Pillsbury）告诉《印度时报》记
者，北京政权过去从未公开反对印度从美国或其它国家购买武器，但是现在准备将这个
议题列为敏感问题。
担任川普顾问的白邦瑞表示，中共领导层已准备向美国提出六大重要问题，除了美国对
印度军售外，还包括韩国部署萨德反导系统（THAAD）与SPY雷达系统、一中政策、台湾
、达赖喇嘛和西藏流亡政府等问题。中共已要求川普不要会见达赖喇嘛。
白邦瑞说，中共不喜欢美国在韩国部署萨德系统，因为这会影响其洲际弹道导弹（ICBM
）能力。

这种脂肪的生成，是以液状油使用氢气固体化时产生，如今普遍用于家庭、餐馆的炸烤料理，例如取代奶油的人造奶油(margarine)即是人造反式脂肪。其他许多食品也含有人造反式脂肪，但民众常不自觉地食入。
1.速食食物：可能很多人早知道速食食物不健康，因此速食食物是主要反式脂肪来源的真相，倒也不令人意外。例如「海滋客」(Long John Silver)的炸蚌条(breaded clam strip)每人份反式脂肪含量为7公克，「大力水手炸鸡店」(Popeye)的早餐炸薯饼(Breakfast Hashbrown)每人份反式脂肪含量为10公克。「海滋客」今年8月曾宣布，将于今年底前改用不含反式脂肪的食用油，而「汉堡王」(Burger King)早自2008年就改用不含反式脂肪的食用油。

可检视备忘录有无强迫执行条款及时间限制，如果没有，很可能就只是一份“表面上”
协议。
白邦瑞认为，川普很快就会调高关税，这次是川普给中国的最后一次机会，如果两国没
有达成共识，美国仍有可能继续实施关税制裁。
《华尔街日报》披露，中国将提议，未来六年从美国采购的半导体金额将提高到两千亿
美元，是目前进口量的五倍之多，但同时却要求美国芯片商把厂房迁到中国；美国半导
体协会（ＳＩＡ）总裁诺弗尔（John Neuffer）批评，这是中国“耍花招”，根本是烟
幕弹，实际动机是协助北京达成“中国制造二○二五”目标。
