激素药的副作用多了， 我就不详细说了。说明书上写的看的让人根本不敢用.
我比较CONCERN的是药物依赖性，所以很严重的时候才用，等控制的比较好了就慢慢减
量一直到不用了。

either. They are just Chinese characters translated by pronunciation. All
the meanings behind are as much lost as a common English name to anybody
else other than your family. The translations are even different for old
Cantonese immigrants or immigrants from Taiwan for a lot of the same

by political frenzy. I will try to explain one last time. But I doubt it
would do any good to a closed mind. Pinging translation only conveys the
pronouncition, not the pictorial part of Chinese language. Thus, pinying
translation does not equal to Chinese language. It affects first name more
than the last name because of the symbolic value of last name.

both of my children use Pinyin names. My son asked why I didn't give him
some simple American names. I always say that his name makes him unique and
everyone remember his name. If he want a easy nick name, he can make one

so I had not seen this.
I think the instructions are pretty clear. It looks like they are
utilizing the boxes for aliases/previous name to help properly
separate the syllables in multicharacter names, e.g., to be able to
know whether an awkward Pinyin name like "Change" is Chang-E 嫦娥
or Chan-Ge 蝉歌.
So, according to these instructions, 諸葛孔明 would write:
