说好的上面经。总共个面了四个公司，3个朋友推荐，1个是自己本来实习过。
1. Facebook
签了NDA就不具体说题。
电面
共一轮：一道二叉树，一道简单递归打印的题。都是常见题，难度中等。
Onsite
第一轮：Pirate。先问了一些研究相关的问题和细节，然后系统设计。
第二轮：Jetti (Jedi?)。论文探讨。同时也问了一些非技术问题，比如为何选择F这种
。最后时间还多，附加一道关于图像处理编程题。
第三轮：Ninja。上来直接编程，关于正则表达式的题，LeetCode上做过。现场没有做
好，见总结。
第四轮：Ninja。先是问了点简历，然后直接做题。经典题，二分搜索的题，也是
LeetCode上做过。
第五轮: Pirate。不知道为何多加了这一轮设计。感觉是培训面试官的一轮，旁边还有
一个人。（人称shadow？）
结果：被拒。
总结：第三轮，编程没有bug free，边角情况虽然不少，但LeetCode刷过一边，不应该
犯错。第四轮，没有给出面试官想要的解，虽然时空复杂度都一样。两轮设计题，也没

一年多前，出于显而易见的原因，下定决心肉身翻墙。经过一番考虑，放弃了读书这条
途径，决定直接找工作，通过H1B签证出去。于是去年八月份从百度辞职，开始着手准
备。当时觉得今年拿到H1B的成功率大致能有个六七成，加上周围朋友们的不断鼓励，
可以说还是相当自信的。然而，时至今日，在历经Google、Amazon、Facebook三家公司
之后，这第一次尝试却可耻地失败了……
战绩概览：
Google：仓促应战，HR电面一轮，技术电面一轮，北京onsite两轮，惨败；
Amazon：技术电面两轮，在面试官反馈良好的情况下莫名挂掉，详情见下；
Facebook：HR电面一轮，技术电面两轮，Menlo Park总部onsite五轮，惜败；
AeroFS：因为是startup，临时告知无法提供H1B，于是告终。

并不一定适合所有的宝宝。有宝宝会觉得里面太过丰富（overwhelmed），而不适应。
开始正式攻略！（大家还没睡着吧）
一、关于选园。
奥兰多迪斯尼一共有四个园，另外第五个是水上公园（water park），和这四个不属于
一伙。四个园分别是Magic Kingdom（其他国家的迪斯尼就是指这个园，最大的也是这
个园），Epcot，Animal Kingdom， Hollywood。之前我也非常的晕，到底该玩哪个！
如果大家带的是100cm以下的小娃，那么就果断选择Magic Kingdom。其中，Magic
Kingdom里面最适合小娃玩的基本都在Fantasyland。据我的精密计算（此处用到小学三
年级数学，谢谢），只有Magic Kingdom有最多适合任何身高参与的Ride（一直不知道
这到底怎么翻译，请神人指教！）。我们只去了Magic Kingdom，玩足了两天（10:00am
-10:00pm，还是很拼的！）基本上没有身高限制全部玩了。而且，我们是圣诞当天去的

和娃爸以前没孩的时候已经玩过orlando,所以这次基本是完全按小孩的喜好行动。经验
就是，小孩的喜好真是unpredictable. 所以想和大家分享一下两个小女孩游disney的
感想，希望对别的家长有帮助。
老大的胆子在同龄中算中等，不是特别胆大也不是特别胆小。老二的胆子在同龄中算是
偏胆小的。老大很喜欢princess, 老二最近两三个月开始明白什么是princess,在姐姐
的熏陶下可以辨识绝大部分的princess, 还认识micky和minnie。
这次我们住的是Disney里的port orleans riverside, 12月3-10号去的算淡季，有free
dining plan的promotion.
Disney resort:
这个port orleans riverside在Disney算是中档resort, 但不得不说光看房间是完全不
值，基本是2-2.5星的水平，但是除了房间，别的都不错，landscape很漂亮，一般3星

原文说得很清楚，我们的团队不是以为别人建站为主的，这里可以多说几句：为别人建
站甚至不会占我们总业务的10%。 主力技术人员在做web based 业务平台，建站服务只
会是其中的一个Buttom，也不会去做个建站的网站 -至少目前为止没这个计划， 一般
成熟的商业客户也不会让你在他的网站上放你的链接（这个我以前一个贴里写过，包括
几种列外的场合）。 目前的建站服务只是对新加入（而没投入那个业务平台）的成员
的热身吧，work-load balance 为主要考虑，也是这个业务团队“滚动发展”的一个策
略。
其实我也就好心觉得既然这里是创业板，而现代经济环境下，创业肯定是要有团队才有

Pirates的确去年是签了不少球员不错，结果呢？赛季中间统统都换走了。
不过我提到Pirates是因为这个球队的管理层太猪头，签了太多坏合同，所以我才说
象他们这样搞无论什么经济系统都不行。
这些不是重点，我说得不思进取，指得是某些球队year in and year out的输球。
任何一个联盟，当然不可能所有的球队都有希望进入季后赛，拿冠军。
但是肯定要有一些球队赢球，有些球队输球。
的确，象海盗，老虎这样的球队，可能并没有希望进入季后赛，但是他们至少可以选择
好好比赛，尽可能赢多些比赛，让观众有支持他们的理由。
球队进不了季后赛，或者没法保持五成胜率，这些或许不应该指责。
但是一到赛季中间就开始拼命dump球员，最后输到90甚至100场，这是赶观众回家。
当然，现在的MLB的经济系统，这些球队老板都很精明，知道即使上座率下降，他们
省下来的薪水加上revenue sharing总能够旱涝保收，所以他们根本懒得多赢球，
让观众高兴。
别忘记现在MLB大部分场地，都是公众拨款，花纳税人的钱建成的。
观众不是为了看球队拼命输球才出这笔钱的。 |
