就感光度而言
以选择中低感度软片为主，但一方面低感度软片，如 ASA 25，由于感光度
低一级曝光时间增加一倍，对于长时间曝光来说时间增加一倍相差很多（还须计
入互换不依定律所产生的效应则相差更多）；另一方面现今的中感度软片，如
ASA 50, 100, 200等，品质都相当优异，因此我建议各位还是使用 100度或 50
度的软片即可，不须使用 25度软片与自己过不去。
就正负片而言
大家都知道，正片色彩较负片丰富，但其宽容度较小，因此失败率较高；负
片宽容度较大，失败率低，但在印相时往往无法自己控制（黑白软片可）。还有
一项因素，正片对于大亮度比的表现比负片来得好，因此夜间景物的重现正片要
较负片善于记录与表达，故我强烈建议大家采用正片来拍摄，还可训练大家测光
的准确度。

have to think about immunology here.
In the endosomal compartment, for dsRNA, ssRNA, DNA, TLR3/7/9 sense them
accordingly. No big question here.
In the cytosol, dsRNA is a strong "danger" signal showing viral infection
. That's why every cell has PKR, RIG-I/MDA-5, etc. So I speculate, when
liposome delivers ssRNA, RIG-I/MDA-5-mediated cytosolic response dominates
the TLR3 signal, quantitatively or qualitatively.
