危险性的太空陨石之一，预料到时将能饱览多年难得一见的壮丽天文奇观。
太空网站（SPACE.com）报导，11月初2005YU55 小行星将仅靠近地球0.85个月球距离。
2005YU55是个圆形的小星体，直径约400公尺。
小行星体积较为庞大，又将如此靠近地球，目前有关方面正在规画各种雷达、目视与红
外线观测活动。
2005YU55小行星是亚利桑那大学（University of Arizona）杜斯肯月球与行星实验室
（Tuscon's Lunar and Planetary Laboratory）2005年12月28日所发现的。

MIT那个遥感soil moisture的被砍了还可以理解，毕竟还没开造。UCSD那个
造好了给砍了，很搞啊。
风水轮流转阿，十年前planetary sciences都快散伙了，搞地球的那叫个
风光。结果现在bush一句话他们活过来了，咱们萎了。 |

至于Martian surface， 这个题目太大了，我随便白话两句
Martian surface的地貌，有很多和地球上很相似的。 10年前pathfinder的
那张照片跟夏威夷big island上的很多地方就很一样。而有的地貌，又跟干涸的
河道类似，表明曾经有过流动的液体，水。
火星上的矿物成分，也有很多类似地球矿物之处。很多矿物的形成，按照
地球上矿物的理论，是必须有河流，湖泊的存在才有可能的，这也是大家越来越相信
以前的火星曾经是个有水的星球的主要论据之一。
但是最近的欧洲的Mar Express载个雷达，左看右看上看下看，没那么多地下水
地下湖，地下海的。大家于是又开始猜，以前是有水，但是存在时间相对短暂，
大部分时间火星还该是一个很干的星球，或许，一次或者几次大规模的陨石撞击，
CO2全跑了，H2O全跑到大气里了。。。行星科学最大的乐趣就是我猜我猜我猜猜猜...
