如果你真的要买跑车严肃地玩autocross或者赛道，那就简单了。s2000，miata，fr-s
，350z，rx8。至于slk，z4，都花很多心思在luxury上，用来跑赛道性价比太低了，而
像TT这样上赛道更是搞笑，完全没有性价比可言了。你应该去auto fans俱乐部问这个
问题，这个版主要是讨论拉人买菜车的。

LD和博士老板在一个学校. postdoc在博士老板实验室,这个职位也是老板给推荐的.所
以很感谢老板省了LD到处找工作的麻烦,不过后来这也成了tenure期间最让人头疼的问
题. 拿了这个职位后LD还是帮着老板干活,写项目.当时想着和老板一起拿到钱做个co-
pi,一起发文章.对今后评tenure有帮助. 第一年LD干得很努力,而且一年后就帮老板拿
到了grant,发了文章.但私下里听说系里的好多老师却认为文章和项目都是老板帮LD弄

按照现代医学观点，大多数女性可以从产后第3天开始（剖宫产视伤口恢复情况而定）

②将右手放在腹部肚脐，左手放在胸部。吸气时向外扩张腹部；呼气时向内收缩腹部，
最大限度地把肚脐吸引向脊柱，略停5~10秒。此为一个循环。注意，整个过程中要尽量
保持胸腔不动。
③循环往复，保持呼吸节奏一致。一般每次5~10分钟，每日3次。

主要是锻炼腹横肌，以从内部收缩腹部。方法如下：
