Corporate Center附近，离485入口很近，附近大小餐馆，加油站，YMCA, 超市， 银
行都有，生活非常便利。 走路可以去ballantyne Corporate Center上班，开车到
South Park, Updown, 南卡上班都只需要大概15-20分钟。小区环境好且安全，小区入
口有Gate ，小区内有游泳池，沙滩排球场，网球场，健身房，台球桌，壁球房，
Office里还有可以供朋友聚会的小型家庭影院，生活娱乐健身都不误，小区Office的服
务也非常的好。
房型是3室2卫，找合租的房间是主卧，有自己的卫生间。房子里各种生活用品家具都齐
全，房间里有King Size 的床，房内书桌椅，客厅餐厅家具都有。 房间1月8号起
可以入住,和小区合约签到4月。想找一个男生室友短期合租几个月，合约结束可以一
起续租也可以自己找别的小区。 |

treatment they are "qualified" as hardwood for market.
