Raul在Real Madrid 效力期间3 夺欧冠，但同赛季都没有获得西甲冠军。不过这不算很

2000年之前，金球奖评选也有不少看重欧冠表现的案例。
以曾3 获金球奖的Cruyff为例，他代表Ajax在1970- 1971赛季夺得欧冠，但在该赛季并
未卫冕荷甲，结果被评为1971年金球奖。而之前任何荷兰球员，包括曾完成过荷甲3 连
冠的Cruyff本人，都未在金球奖评选中进入过前3 名。1972年金球奖前3 名由当年欧洲
杯夺冠的西德队成员包揽。但在1973年，完成欧冠3 连冠的Cruyff再次获得金球奖。而
在评选中位居次席的是他在欧冠决赛中的对手，Juventus门将Zoff。Cruyff的第3 次金
球奖是凭借1974年世界杯的优异表现，但是之前的2 次明显是靠欧冠的出色表现。
