今天，3月30号，早上去了Forsyth County 法院，亲自目睹了法院的判决。在场，我看
到了几十个华裔，大家一起见证了这个判决：维持上次评审团的3项性侵犯罪名。
法官宣判的最轻量刑：
25年监狱监禁；
25年出狱后，仍属于狱外行邢的形式：行动有诸多的限制；警察随时可以进行没有搜捕
令的搜查（家里，汽车内，人身等等。。。）；
“张”将终身“刺”上Sex Offender （性骚扰危险分子）的名分！！！

对于政治案件根本不适用。
为什么轻判或不判？因为根本没有什么确凿证据，却又要达成deal。对于政治性的案件
，要的就是达成deal就算赢，至于被告被关1天还是30年，检查官根本不care。对检察
官来说，从没有plea到有plea的差距，比关1天到30年的差距都要大。如果寻求重判，
那只能是被告殊死抵抗，鸡飞蛋打，检察官败诉回家的可能性很大。不敢寻求重判，只
是因为检查官手里牌不够好而已。
