下左道行驶被警察拦了下来，以没有在右道行驶为理由开了张100多美金的罚单，当
时也没多想就在网上交了罚款，现在罚单都找不到了。现在帮我办理485的律师说只要
有交通罚单就是violation，只要交了罚款就是plead guilty，就算事情再小罚金再少都
必须要在I-485上如实向移民局交代。另外，Criminal Acts and Violations部分的25-
27号问题：

involve an actual physical arrest if the penalty was only a fine of less

事件是什么因素导致12个陪审团一致认为梁警官有罪的共同心理。
我们需要做一个假设，假设梁警官是一个有教养的人，那就会出现下列一系列“如果”
。我们根据这些“如果”对12个陪审团的心理作用从而推导出结局应该是怎样的。
1.如果梁警官是一个善良的人，那当他得知他的子弹误伤了人（这是他和同胞们坚守的

现在最常用的就是热升华,精细一点控制就变成了OMBD--有机分子束
淀积.另外也有人试图搞CVD和热壁外延.都不算实验室的主流.(当然
CVD要能实现成熟工艺将大大提高OLED的产率)
如果想对Vacuum deposition有所了解,大多数关于薄膜制备的教科书
都有这方面的介绍.具体到OLED有机薄膜,S.R. Forrest(Princeton EE)
在2000年之前某期Chem. Rev.上有过一篇REVIEW(奇长),对制备工艺有
所介绍(当然文章主体是关于薄膜光电性质的).
基本上,对工艺做得最多的也是FORREST组(在到PRINCETON前,在BELL LAB,
USC就研究得很深入了)
当然PLED是用SPIN COATING.这是POLYMER guys的领域,问问他们吧. |

PLED的有点是制备工艺简单，但是它的寿命，亮度，效率比小分子的差了很多
如果forrest的OVJP技术成熟了，那么事情就难说了
只是随便说说，呵呵

最近要测材料薄膜的photopysical property, 就是那种PLED材料，像是polythiophene
,plyfluorene之类的。
以前从来没有制过膜，哪位大侠可以指点一下，大概需要多少样品，怎样制样品，有些
什么可以注意的？
