今次介绍的，是基督教（以香港通俗的说法，包括新教、改革教、福音派等）如何看一
些宗教礼仪。
天主教朋友都听过，「基督教」只有两个圣礼或者礼仪，就是「洗礼」（或称圣洗，浸
信派称为「浸礼」，Baptism）和「主餐」（Holy Communion，The Lord's Supper，圣
餐礼，天主教和圣公会称Eucharist）。
Ａ）浸礼／圣洗／洗礼（Baptism）
很多所谓「基督教」书（相信主要是福音派）普遍宣称「基督教」的 Baptism是指「信
而受洗」，只有象征意义。
其实，信义宗和圣公会对「圣洗」保留了很多和罗马天主教相似的特色，甚至仪式也很
相似。
「圣洗」方面，信义宗、荷兰改革宗、长老会、圣公会、循道宗都接受婴儿洗礼，认为
除了象征意义，也包括神的工作。部份宗派如信义宗也信婴孩是有「信 」的。他们也
认为在洗礼里面，神有特别的工作，具有恩典和拯救的功能，并且是旧约婴孩出生后行
割礼归入神家而在新约的表记。篇幅所限，我不能多介绍。

萨一个朋友在武汉帮人家搞个野生动物园，说起艰辛来一言难尽，艰辛以外还出了
不少笑话。
先是狗熊扒车跑出去了，把一家肉食铺子吃的一塌糊涂，抓回来，第二头熊又爬车顶
上跑出去了，还是同一家地方暴撮一场 -- 大概第一头狗熊记住了肉食铺子的门牌，
和熊兄弟们通报过了。
接着就是表演狮子吃小牛，结果牛把狮子顶了，还要请兽医，花钱不少。换了豹子吧
，三下两下把牛干掉，记者又不干了，写了文章登在报纸上，说他们搞残忍娱乐。差
点儿把公园给封了。
马鹿的故事也是其中一个。
那年发大水。鹿苑里外成了个大水洼子。
邻近的老乡可高兴了，都猫在园子外边等着。
等谁呢？
等马鹿。
这园子里养了不少鹿，发大水都往坡上躲。只有马鹿例外，这家伙贪玩还水平高，发

全球基金”）冻结了中国的资金。这是一件极为尴尬的事，因为中国竟然达不到一个国
际组织的标准，而许多落后的国家政府却可以。
中国是世界第四大全球基金接受国，排在埃塞尔比亚、印度和坦桑尼亚之后。从2003年
起，中国已经从全球基金得到5.39亿美元的援助，还有2.95亿美元也在计划当中 。中
国只捐献过1600万美元给全球基金，相比美国捐献了5.5亿美元。中国是否有资格接受
全球基金已经引起了极大的争议。中国政府的富有广为人知，2008年的奥运 会和去年

发帖数: 70028 | 33 今年5月20日，英国星期天《泰晤士报》刊登评论员文章，对中国在英国举办孔子学院充满敌对态度。该文章引用伦敦政治经济学院著名政治和外交学教授Christopher Hughes对孔子学院的强硬和冷战的言辞（见附件2， 英文原文）， 在英国引起一场不小的震动。
5月24日，美国国务院以签证为由，要求孔子学院中国教师限期离境,引起全美数十家孔子学院，以及和孔子学院合作的大学，一片哗然。
把这两件事情连系起来，不难看出，中国利用孔子学院向全球传播文化和语言，被西方一些右翼分子，当成是中国政府宣传软实力的工具。
作为英方的孔子学院院长，我对这个问题，也是感到非常困惑和震惊。
为什么，中国政府诚心诚意地花钱推广中国的文化和语言，会遇到如此想不到的打击和阻碍？中国政府应该如何对付这样的打击？如何应对今后更加意想不到的困难？
本人认为，中国政府应该做好如下工作：
其一，保持冷静的态度，认真研究对方各种持不同观点和态度的人群，采取有效措施，争取亲华力量，尽量化解冷战思维人士的冷战态度。

发帖数: 39120 | 34 赴美留学遇到的最大问题除了语言上的生疏感之外，可能最重要的就是生活细节上的了解与习惯了。笔者在就读于美国一所州立大学已经将近两年，想起刚刚申请留学成功时，经办我留学的老师给了我很多生活上的tips，后经过我自己整理，加上网上信息的补充，列出了整整100条美国留学生活上的注意事项，希望可以对即将赴美留学的同学们有点帮助。
1.洗手间里的马桶叫toilet。家里的洗手间叫bathroom。外面的洗手间叫restroom。
2.吃饭要给小费，一般给消费数额的10%--15% ，快餐厅不给小费 。
3.商店售货员态度都特别好，第一句话是how are you today，这时应该很自然地回答good ，她会说nice，然后说if there is any problem please let me know。买东西结账之后要和他们说have a nice day，也许他们说在你前头，那就说thank you，you too吧。
4.没买东西也可以大方地走出去，他们会说thanks for coming ，see you。

就光是 关于公力学校誓词案 就不知判了多少个来回,

美利坚合众国第二百四十个独立节之日，重温了一下当时美国立国时杰弗逊起草的《独
立宣言》。
每读一次就不得不再次感慨当时立国之父们的英明及远见。他们在北美这块土地上，抛
弃了大不列颠的君王统治，建立起美利坚这样一个伟大的国家。
一切似乎都是上帝赐予的：这块土地上不仅有雄伟壮观的东部阿普拉契山脉及西部的落
基山脉，而且有着从广袤无际的大草原到美丽宽阔的大海洋，这富绕的土地难道不是一
种恩赐吗？是的，不过上帝恩赐给地球的土地也不仅限于美利坚，算算美利坚的土地面
积，即使现在也只位于全球第三或第四，为何美利坚却成了人们向往的地方呢？
作为移民，也许比这儿生长的美国人有更多的比较。一个感悟是当年《独立宣言》的基
石，即人人生而平等（all men are created equal)，天赋给个人的权力等不能受到侵
犯，这包括生命权（Life），自由权(Liberty)及追求幸福的权力（Pursuit of
happiness)。先父们没有意愿创建一个皇权帝制，没有意愿让政府来统治人民。他们的
