发帖数: 424 | 3 值得一提是在10月份上海举办的第28届国际乙肝分子生物学会议上国外不少课题组都
开始使用HepG2-NTCP系统做体外感染系统，李博士做了special plenary seminar,表明
这个field已经recognize NTCP as core co-receptor.
同时不少课题组开始正对NTCP开发blocking antibody,某日本group似乎进展不错。做
preS1的抗体的也很多。
拭目以待下一步的进展。 |

研究重要进展
近日，北京大学人民医院-北京大学血液病研究所黄晓军课题组在国际血液学领域的顶
级学术期刊《Blood》（影响因子9.775）发表关于“单倍型造血干细胞移植供者优化选
择”的研究论文，该论文被选为《Blood》当期封面焦点文章（Plenary Paper），由主
编Bob Löwenberg教授在卷首“This Week in Blood”特别推荐，并授权免费获取
全文。
异基因造血干细胞移植（Allo-HSCT）是治愈血液病最有效方法，由于免疫屏障的存在
，长期仅限于人类白细胞抗原（HLA）相合的情况下进行：但同胞（兄弟姐妹）间仅25%
HLA相合几率，随着我国独生子女家庭成为主流，同胞相合供者日渐匮乏；而中华骨髓
库等非血缘供者库捐献成功率仅11%。因此，供者来源缺乏是Allo-HSCT领域长期未解决
的重大难题。亟待实现“父母供子女、子女供父母”等单倍型移植。黄晓军课题组历经

早已成名的大家解决了新的大问题，算是要为几何分析出口气，呵呵。
搞统计的做一小时报告依然保持了非Stanford即Berkeley的“传统”，前二强远远超出

我始终表达的意思是“陈放到现在不容易拿到top20 tenure”。
然后我解释了这是因为这个问题放到现在关心的人不多，影响力也不够。而能不能拿到tenure不只看工作，也要看方向是否热门。我把这些因素的综合叫做“水平”，把问题/结果当前热门的程度叫做“重要”或者“好”，都算我用词不当，后来自己也纠正了。毕竟现在不像五六十年代，坑没变多但竞争者多了很多（中国的，印度的，俄罗斯的），所以拿tenure变难了不少；而且数学的方向也多了很多，每个系都不可能面面俱到，很多方向根本就不打算招人或者发展起来，你做到再好也没用。我还说了，在ICM给过plenary lecture的如果方向在美国受关注不够的话不一定能进top20，所以陈景润也要看情况。你如果认识我的话就会知道top20差不多算我的口头禅，就是我心目中好学校的意思，20算是虚指。我从没觉得前二十名的一定比其他的教授水平高，而且其实并不知道十五名左右的都是哪些学校。我还说了三四十名的学校工作和陈差不多的也大有人在，到现在也没觉得自己说错了。

也不都在”，而绝不是“得过fields的不一定能进”。这个要看很多客观因素，还要看
学校的重视程度。ICM的45分钟报告方向当然不会偏门，但有可能只在欧洲甚至只在举
办国热门，如果你愿意的话我可以马上举出例子。 |

developments, aimed at the entire mathematical community. Sectional lectures

Tingye Li （厉鼎毅）, Instrumental in the Laser’s Development, Dies at 81
Tingye Li, an electrical engineer whose calculations in the early 1960s
helped guide the development of the laser and propel the dizzying increase
in the speed of fiber-optic communication, died on Dec. 27 in Snowbird, Utah
. He was 81.
