现在作monodisperse PLGA
particle的方法都是什么?普通的solution-precipitation的方法很不可靠。Spray
drier太贵,且分布宽。超声的方法最小也只能做到20 um.
另外要得到5 um的particle怎么分级比较好,用过滤的方法效率很低,离心也不好

I am a layman of bio stuffs, but how about phase separation method? For
example, say you got a median quality solvent for PLGA and their phase
diagram. You may manipulate conc.,temp, cosolvent, and other parameters of
kinetics of phase separation to get particle size that you want!

implants or drug delivery devices opsonization in vivo. such shortcoming

The main goal of this work was to prepare a self-microemulsifying docetaxel

You mean 3DP from MIT? they are using particles while we are using PLGA
latex materials which can solidify in room temperature and use just aqueous
media. Also 3DP is limited to one material. We have built a machine for MIT
before.Do you wanna buy one, then I can tell you more detail, heihei.

我都懒得反驳你,看了几篇文章就来对TE妄加评论。哈哈,不要生气。我就问一个简
单的问题:用PLGA为材料,要你做一个scaffold,必须满足时间(growth factor
controlled release),空间(内部和外部),组成,机械强度可以控制。还不能加热,不能
用有机溶剂。你现在能做的到吗?我现在可以说我们基本已经完成了这些指标。但我们从
不发文章,我认为发文章是很无聊的事情。你以为Harvard MedScool的文章惨不忍睹。人
家没有把好东西拿出来。首先你从文章来看一个行业的发展,就完全错误。发文
章都是要有经费(当然,混博士的除外),而每个经费都是要有一个项目,而每个项目都是
有一个大背景的。我来给你分析一下。Tissue engineering的终极目的就是替换器官。那
好,人体都有什么器官?首先是皮肤。人工皮肤也是目前为止唯一成功的Tissue
engineering产品.再就是心脏,当时有个project叫“LIFE”,聚集了一大帮人,最后失
败了。MIT的人工肝脏,最后也失败了。

传递,压力3D控制是可以符合基本机械和化工原理的(虽然复杂得多,

if you devote some time in method 1, you could get something maningful. should
doing enough experiments to find the feeling of obtaining monodispersity PLGA
particles.some factors: the stirrer used, the beaker shape(high and slim one
