有一个myentunnel可以让plink自动连接。而且是后台的。可以做成services.

发帖数: 3102 | 14 我已经用了一段日子了，呵呵。但是 myentunnel 似乎在我的笔记本上不是很好用。所
以我还是用 pageant 管理 key，用 plink 接，自己写个 .bat。
windows xp 就是好呀，不需要关 139，就直接把 139 给 tunnel 到 windows loop ad
apter 上就成。目前还是有些问题的：
windows vista 我还没有实验成功。我的确也 tunnel 了 445 来封嘴，但是没通。等下
周我再试一试 -- 我自己不用 vista，所以得找别人的机器来试验。
另一个问题是，一旦 tunnel 成功后，不能再用别的用户名来 samba 了。windows 持续
报错，说同一位置不能接受两个不同用户名，要我先 umount。我好想把能 umount 的都
摘了，还是不行。不知道是否需要清一下某个 cache。好在用户不会有这个问题。
第三个问题就是笔记本了：一旦断链接，那些使用 samba 的程序有的会有不可预见的后
果。比如说 matlab 就死掉了。好在 desktop 不会有这个问题。
各位觉得用 ssh 来 samba 犯得上么？ |

condition 某一个snp-A，来看其它snps的 p value变化，
用来分析假定某个snp-A无显著性差异的情况下，其它snps的p value变化，用来解释，
另外snps的 差异是由于本身差异
还是由于和snp-A 的 correlation造成的
还有一种haptype condition 不明白是干什么用的！ 请高人们指点一下，这些东西能
干什么？
p value应该都是单独marker 自己比较出来的， condition A 观察 B 的变化， 和
condition B 观察 A 的变化有什么不同
么？

bioinformatics，也不懂GSEA。
看GSEA的介绍是用来分析gene expression的。可是那个老师的数据是gwas的snp data
。我想是不是搞错了啊？而且gwas的数据那么大。。。光loading就不知道会不会成功。
把plink format的数据改成GSEA的format是件麻烦的事情，不想做无用功。所以用过
GSEA的同学请comment几句。多谢～ |

果你的样本量够大的话。不过样本量只是影响power的一个因素，如果你的突变effect
size够大小样本应该也没问题。你搜索一下常用的gwas软件好了，如果你的样本之间没
有血缘关系，我推荐用plink |

人家老师不要你或许有很多很多原因，他只是找个借口搪塞下罢了。
可以感觉你的这个老师应该是专门的pure dry lab吧。那么他自然有他自己的
preference
在我看来，很多人把bioinformatics和benchwork彻底划分开，是非常愚蠢的。或许90
年代刚兴起的时候，那时候运算能力低，各种算法软件都没有，而且能做bioinfor的单
位也很少（比如human genome project），所以需要非常专业的计算机人才来做。但现
在完全不同，各种program平台都有了，每个独立的小实验室都有sequencing数据，都
需要相关人才。
bioinform作为新兴的科学，那你可以质问你的老师：你一开始就是做这行的吗? 明显
他也不是。他也是从其他的学科转到bioinfor的，对不对？既然你能做成功，我为什么
不能做成功？我比你年轻，平台更好。所以我最不爽那些倚老卖老或者仗着自己是数理
出身觉得自己很了不起的所谓的bioinformatician

类似“1空格1”，“2空格2”的值，应该是character类型的；R把character类型的缺
省读成factor的。好像你是想要character类型，不想要factor类型。可以在read.
table里面加个参数：stringsAsFactors=FALSE，就可以了。 |
