plot z=1+0.25*j
i tried to do
z=1+0.25*j;
plot (z)
but the vector is not showing up on the plot, any1 knows why? 1 is the real
part, 0.25j is the imaginary part. So if u graph it on a sheet paper, the
vector goes in the ne direction, the slope of the vector is .25. But I am
having trouble making matlab to make the plot. :( |

时候，
1. 有10000个点，每个点有x, y ，可以在2D plot上显示出来。
2. 有或者没有一些已知classification的点，比如1000个点，知道population的分类，
可以通过不同的颜色在2D plot上显示
需要可以通过鼠标在plot选不同的区域用人眼classify，然后最后告诉我每个点在那个
cluster.
我知道有些R/python可视化package应该可以实现这个，不过有没有具体的sample code。
如果有现成的工具或者网站那就更好了。
另外，就population stratefication来说，有没有啥根据smartpca好的classifier?
我试了
一下knn, 对1kg的选择还行，对我的population assignment看起来有很多不对的地方。
感觉上可能手动更加准一点，也在看看tsne等其他方法，大家有推荐方法么？ |

like CA, AC or FL, subset it in function then do the plot
you can make your funciton accepts multiple arguments so you can
do more complex subset and plotting.
you can also let your program iterate through all the varialbes,
plot to pdf or jpg file, so it runs automatically. |

经常是几个非常相近的颜色就那么往图里一堆，让你分都分不清谁是谁。
excel 里面要做box plot or dot plot 也很麻烦，还有里面那个error bar
的功能不好使，有时候经常就是给你一根竖线了事，而不是那个丁字型
的bar. |

I would like to observe the boundary of the final region.

的理解，还是noise不能用bode plot来理解，感觉自己犯了很愚蠢的错误但是不知道错
哪了
1.通常情况bandwidth越高，系统反应越快，所以对noise的rejection就好
2.但是对于一个最简单的RC low pass filter，应该是bandwidth越小就相当于cut-off
frequency越小对noise的rejection就越好
1和2 是完全相反的啊。。。我错哪了了？ |
