发帖数: 1943 | 1 第一次处理，不知道怎么办，就找了gas公司的人来，
结果gas公司的人把整个房子的气都切断了，
把屋外面的读表仪器也拿走了，要我们找plumper来修好了再给装回来。
然后我们找了家plumper来看，
结果plumper说读表仪器没有了，
他们要对房子整个通气管道做个测试才能修fireplace的漏气
光这个测试就要价650左右。。。
大家说合理么？？
另外他还说要修fireplace的气阀，他要在fireplace开关附近的墙壁上打洞
洞的大小大概有2sqf（不小的洞呢。。）
他们只负责打洞修气阀，完后我们还要找别人来把墙壁修补回去。。
真的么？我应该怎么做呢？
我只是想把fireplace的气阀关了，
从此就不用fireplace了。。。
//我们houston很热的。冬天都不用fireplace...
另外有houston的同学们推荐一下靠谱的plumper么？ |

According to my home inspector and a plumper, the damage was quite severe-
dry wall, insulation, floor, carpet and etc..The plumper made 3 big holes on
the drywall to fix the pipes over the ceiling of the living room..What's
more, they just dont know why family room was flooded-e.g., they can't find
the source of water in the family room..
It is really a pain in the ass when touching foreclosure properties..
I am kind of glad that it ends this way. If not, I probably hesitate and
regret |

经修过了，住了一年就没发现这个问题再出现，地下室一直很干燥。
但是因为昨天雨很大，ld有点担心，下去看的时候发现地上有几滩水印，检查了之前有
问题的墙壁周围和上围的木头，几滩水印周围的也都是干燥的。 请问有经验的的大家
，这样可能是什么原因呢。昨天晚上也没有停电，之前几次暴雨的时候，sump pump工
作正常
有没有可能是雨太大，sump pump 来不及把水全部抽去呢？
有点担心 如果想找专业人员过来看看，是找plumper吗？
