，抡出去距离有了，但很快被水冲到岸边。看旁边的最起码抡6oz,有到 10oz.

事实上大部分钓到的三文鱼都是近岸处钓到的，因为岸边水缓，省力气。每次 wading
钓鱼时，总是会看到三文鱼就在脚边晃悠。我惯用飞钓的 wet fly swing 钓法钓三文
鱼，也总是在线被冲到人的正下游、离岸十几二十尺的地方，最容易上鱼，河中心反而
比较少。所以我觉得 plunking 被冲到岸边，应该没关系。
（以前最多只试过 2oz 的铅锤，抛了几次就不玩了。6oz, 10oz 的铅锤，听起来怪可

法是很不一样的。用的假饵，样子也很奇特。应该就是针对激流中的三文。
如果没记错的话以前化石应该发过一次。总之这套钓法，在鱼版极少有人讨论。请懂的
人出来给一些正确的信息，丰富一下大家的知识。

我又研究了一下，这种钓法，基本上就是用子线铅坠固定，主线上挂bait或带味道的假
饵。由于水流，主线的bait或lure处于半悬浮状态。这属于一种坐等钓法。如果线组快
速被
水流带到岸边，说明rig非常失败，应该换更重的铅坠及三角铅。我只是好奇，说有信
息来源于google，没有任何这方面的实践经验，当然希望有经验的来指正。
你回帖中的几句话，令我非常惊诧。BC为什么会磨破大拇指？超远距离扔重bait都
是横轮。3-4-5oz的lure版主威力也证明bc不输spinning，没听说过大拇指磨坏的事情

core strength不够，也做不好。

想用器械的话，cyber rotary torso/crunch/负重仰卧起坐，这几个对腹肌很有好处。
肱二和肱三是比较容易练的。
女的，不知道胸肌练得多不多，需要的话，加点chest press/incline/decline应该够
