我问的是一天之内的事。
一般来说PM不合适，象这样的例子：
早上和神医联系好了，发了email, 给了pmt info, 拿到了label. 但快下午drop的时侯
发现价钱涨了不少，要求PM。
但经常不是这么cut and dry. 尤其倒爱疯每天很紧凑。
一般中午前得抓紧时间买，还得同时赶紧联系神医怕错过了cut off.
也就是电话意向同意。有时数量还会有变化。
结果一小时之内价钱就大变。
不PM不甘心，也许应该price上双方都让一点？更人性化一点？ |

发帖数: 1359 | 18 三年前买了个Olympus的显微镜，只是Epi。Olympus算比较实惠的牌子了。Nikon当时的quote差不多。别的牌子我不想买。这是我记得的价钱：
Olympus IX71 microscope frame $15k
Epi lamp $4000~8000 depending what kind of lamp you want。
Objective lens 每个$2000~$10k 不等，各个倍数最好的配齐大概$15～20k
每套filter 加cube ～$3000
Motorized x-y scanner >10k
Z-scanner, 这个只有做confocal才用的上，不知道具体价，估计$20k。
我的假设是你不会自己买confocal。如果买confocal，你要多少线激光，多少道PMT，速度多快，价钱上差的就远了。
Camera: cooled ccd camera >10k, EMCCD >50k。我当时没买，今年买排队抢了个新上市的sCMOS，强烈推荐，速度快，灵敏度不比EMCCD差，$22k。 |

打开EXCEL, insert function, type RATE
Nper 填 12， 代表12年。
PMT 填 -9000， 代表支出9000，一定要加负号。
PV =0, 无现在价值
FV = 120000, 将来得120000
TYPE 可以忽略不填。
答案是1.895% |
