昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他
们头上，地下装电磁波攻击器，让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下，但其实他们在我身上扎
的毒针已经蔓延，我能感觉到我的呼吸有窒息的感觉。我想我对他们已经非常仁慈了，
但他们不依不饶地攻击我，欲置我于死地，让我非常生气，特别是肆意伤害我家里的人
，绑架我先生和孩子，而且有许许多多无辜的生命毁于他们之手，有必要把他们曝光。
当然我还没分析这里边是那几个人具体攻击我，伤害我的，但他们显然都是一伙的。鉴
于他们伤害我的头部，胸部 和胃部，我就把这几部分的医生都曝光，受害者慢慢去调
查，追查他们吧。

mycoplasma or viral pneumonia, which is quite often seen in infants and
easily curable in the vast majority of patients if properly treated.

viral bronchiolitis is the most common disease in infants. its diagnosis
doesn't even require plain chest X-ray for most patients. this is true
worldwide. it is not an "American" disease.
i truly don't understand how "doctors" in China don't understand any
symptoms/signs. they just rely on expensive imaging studies, and the so-
called "radiologists" don't understand diseases either.

礼拜一上午开始发烧，去看了医生，医生说肺部有杂音，不是很清楚，让去做一个xray
,本来打算礼拜二一大早就去，结果凌晨就开始发烧105度，马上去了ER,做了xray,显示
肺部有pneumonia,按照护士的话，a smudge of pneumonia,给开了阿莫西林。
到今天已经吃了两天药了，这期间还是经常发烧，今天尤其厉害，最高烧到103度，吃
了ibuprofen温度降下去，过2，3个小时又回到102.也给洗过澡，用毛巾降温，帮助都
不大。
护士说这是正常的，一般抗生素吃了之后3，4天才会见效。
但是我感觉抗生素就没工作，否则怎么还会一直高烧呢。
只要一发烧孩子就没精神，没胃口。今天一天就吃了一个酸奶，两个补水的Popsicle,
其他时候连水都不要喝，更别说食物了。
我的问题：
1. 吃了抗生素是不是马上起作用，多长时间退烧？
2. 会不会是抗生素不对症？有可能是病毒性的么？
3.到什么程度才会给打针或者输液？
4. 我是不是应该再带孩子去ER看看？
5. 退烧药是每六个小时吃一次，三个小时后就又烧了，怎么办... 阅读全帖 |

状持续了一周，医生诊断是pneumonia,我们第一次visit的时候大夫给打了一针抗生素
，然后开了10天口服抗生素，5天口服治咳嗽的药，然后就是在nebulizer上用的药有两大盒，孩
子不吃饭，很受罪，我们没有住院，可能没有楼主的病情严重。医生后来诊断我们是从
一开始的pneumonia发展成了Asthma。我家的咳嗽有痰的症状一直持续到现在才有好转
。孩子咳嗽有痰咳不出，晚上睡不着，大人一直抱着，拍后背，咳的厉害我家的还喘，
成宿成宿的如此，孩子很受罪，持续了有一个月感冒症状才消失，但是身体还是很弱，
动不动感冒，然后所有的重来一遍。
楼主的情况，我看到你没有提高烧，孩子只是感冒的话，吃药是一方面，我觉得更
重要的是要保暖、治感冒。我的孩子这半年据我观察是，只要着凉就会咳嗽然后就是喘
，不知道你家的孩子肺呼吸的时候有没杂音呢？如果有的话我觉得你得格外小心，这有
可能会发展成asthma,大了不好治，现在得多注意。嗓子里有痰，不好往外吸，你家宝

我家宝宝今年5月份也被感染了RSV病毒，当时18个月，高烧、咳嗽、呼吸困难，症
状持续了一周，医生诊断是pneumonia,我们第一次visit的时候大夫给打了一针抗生素
，然后开了10天口服抗生素，5天口服治咳嗽的药，然后就是在nebulizer上用的药有两
大盒，孩
子不吃饭，很受罪，我们没有住院，可能没有楼主的病情严重。医生后来诊断我们是从
一开始的pneumonia发展成了Asthma。我家的咳嗽有痰的症状一直持续到现在才有好转
。孩子咳嗽有痰咳不出，晚上睡不着，大人一直抱着，拍后背，咳的厉害我家的还喘，

pneumonia, 只是想指出that's why their doc chose to use azithromycin to have
a better coverage. gram positive, negative, mycoplasma and otitis media.
Amoxicillin 很多东西都cover不到。 |

虽然全家都病了，不过目前最揪心的还是老二，刚满10个月男娃，病了一个半月了
，上周又开始发烧，到今天为止第8天了：
发烧102-103度之间。每天都是下午3点左右升上来，到晚上睡觉（8、9点）温度最
高，持续到凌晨3点左右，然后开始退，早上起来基本没烧了，这是没有给退烧药的情
况。如果期间给了药的话，退烧会快一点（比如半小时一小时之内烧会明显退掉），但
是药效一过会立马升上来（通常2个小时，不超过四个小时）。
其他症状：1. 咳嗽。上周四（5月9日，发烧第二天）去ER拍了X光，右肺有阴影，
医生诊断是pneumonia。三月底的x光也有相似的显示，医生也是相同的诊断（两次医生
是不一样的），都开了Azithromycin，三月底那次吃了五天，娃拉肚子拉的太厉害（半
小时到一小时一次，水泻），医生让停了。所以这次的药没有拿，儿医重新开了SMZ-
TMP。
2.呕吐。不多，一天一次。之前都能找到原因，比如吃了药啊，哭闹的厉害了啊。

生素.第
二次尿检，第一次的感染菌没了，但又发现一种新的细菌ENTEROCOCCUS FAECALIS,说是
low
grade infection, 但还是给我吃了一个星期的第二种种抗生素，第三次尿检，无法消
灭这种新的细
菌，就换了第三种抗生素吃一个星期（每天两粒），之后每天一粒，说要吃到生，预防
肾脏出问题导致
早产。第四次尿检，还是无法消灭这个细菌。结果是自动发给我的，医生还没和我联系。
姐妹们有过类似经历吗？很担心啊。 |

, coughing can turn into pneumonia easily. I know a 3-month-old. He didn't
have a fever and didn't cough much. He only spit up more than he used to.
Chest X-ray found he had pneumonia. He was also infected by virus brought
home by his elder sister, who only coughed for a few days. |

There are vaccines to prevent pneumococcal disease in children and adults.
