Lunch: 去看牙，折腾到四点多才吃了半个bagel,本来说去宜家，晚上正好吃肉丸子，
结果nnd车坏了。。。
Dinner: 饿挂。。。就近吃了韩国豆腐锅，这辈子就没吃过这么难吃的豆腐锅，这叫一
清汤寡谁，里边就四片牛肉，米饭不到1 cup, 小桃子一个

practice to react faster. I can only hope that I will get better as I play
more at the higher level.
In my 7.5 league, I am pretty lousy, losing more points than winning at the
net. Worse, it often happens that my body is in the right spot, but my
racquet is not.
In my 6.5 league, I am quite good, covering 2/3 of the net and poaching a
lot of balls. In my 7.0 mix, I look even better.

A:人人都知道要盯球，可是比赛中却不是这么容易做到。特别是双打比赛时，对方网前
人不断地晃悠，时不时还做点假动作，搞得你心烦意乱，琢磨着对敌策略，是直线穿越
，斜线回球还是lob. 想法一多，一分心，盯球就少了，或者说犹豫不决导致off
timing. 专注网球是偶们要练习的，把注意力放在“现在”，放在“眼前”，放在动作
细节上，尽量排除想比分，想结果等等私心杂念；在shot selection 上，打
percentage网球，比如斜线大角度回深球就是high percentage shot, 当你坚定果断的
回球时，因为质量高给网前人的poach也造成困难。 |

Single server normally will stay in the middle and cover all courts. The
pressure for rally back the return shot is easier cause no man stay on net.

比如击球点已经比较低了，或者是对方削过来的球，或者你想搞drop volley，
感觉好像你有机会也等到球比较低再打，不过single player都是这样，
不够aggressive，害怕没打死被对方lob了。
反手我教练没教我grip，我是左手semi，右手eastern，
但是如果双打时候被压成底线高球，我要加强上旋lob back到对方反手底线（现在是我
signature
shot之一）时候，我两手都稍微往continental grip转一点点。
不过我反手的线路控制不好，双打时候老是避不开网前的那个人，一步poach就可以put
away，老
觉得特别对不起我partner。我可能单打打比较多，不敢打大角度，回的都比较靠中间。 |

但是低端位选手的有些问题是，身体语言和球路不太match。
高段位选手是可以做出disguise shot来欺骗。
不过有些东西还是可以参考的，我们有一个pro教，就是双打时候网前那个人怎么提前
决定是不是

你要根据自己实际情况问问题：比如到底在什么队打？对手什么类型？双打战术很多的
，而且很多两种公婆情况都可以，没有谁对谁错，都是要针对对方的弱点下手才好。比
如往中间站的，要碰到我们4.0队基本上一定会被alley winner。但往中间站这个概念
本身基本是正确的。 |

当然，signal是网前propose，server要同意才可以，所以你可以看到有人在屁股后面
捏拳头，伸拇指，或者张开手，另外一个人说got it, 或者说no，那个人就会换个手势
，基本上就是signal很多的team。
pro大部分都是每个球都要凑一块儿交流一下，聊一下刚才咋了，呆会如何什么的。。。

勉强够着也打不
死；后面那个也经常够不着。
但是我正手lob那个寒，经常被对方拍死，如果为了高，避开网前，就出界。
我反手还可以发力，正手不敢发力，还控制不好。
怎么练习正手lob呢，我是指top spin lob。 |
