销百分比。copay雷打不动一定要交，并且不算在deductible和out of pocket里面。除
了copay，每年自己要先掏钱，掏到达到deductible的值了，保险开始报销。报销比例
按报销百分比算，剩余部分自己接着掏。自己掏的钱（除copay外）都算在out of
pocket里面（包括deductible），达到这个值之后，保险100%报销。所以一年自己掏的
钱最多是out of pocket加上copay. 一般身体健康没什么病，copay低deductible低报
销百分比高的保险比较好，因为很可能不会用超过deductible的钱或者超出也不多，达
不到out of pocket的上限。但是生娃一般都会hit out of pocket的，这个时候
deductible就不怎么重要了，主要要看out of pocket和copay. |

传统的HMO和PPO都有一个共同的特点。就是病人压根不知道看病需要多少钱。反正
看医生交co-pay，买药也交co-pay。具体医生收了多少钱，药花了多少钱，病人根
本不关心。一定程度上讲，这就是医疗费用连年暴涨的主要原因之一。
HD plan的主要目的就是为了让病人认识到真正的医疗费用花销。从而对医疗市场
给与市场手段的调节。减少没有必要的医疗费用。鼓励大家在generic药品存在的
时候使用使用generic的药品而减少医疗成本。

research，看了很多网上的文章。不过因为娃提前出来，加上朋友送了一箱一号的尿布

1）布尿布需要的装备
布尿布。
我选了amazon评论还不错的一个便宜牌子Alvababy，并根据他们评论的建议直接去网站
买的。我刚开始是所有的各样买了一个，然后找出自己最喜欢的。布尿布的cover有AIO
，A12，pocket diaper等等。AIO是把尿布缝在里面的，我试了觉得不好干。我最喜欢
的就是普通的pocket diaper，把insert塞在pocket里面，换的时候就跟纸尿布一样的
用法。
insert也有很多种，我也都试了一下，喜欢一个charcoal bamboo五层的insert，吸水
不错，干的也快。再后来就又定了一拨，只买pocket的，一个尿布加charcoal bamboo
五层的insert是6.79。网站是有美国section，式样要少一些。反正价钱一样，不如直

发帖数: 256 | 20 RW3 连打两个SB一胜一负，应该是这种QB发挥的极致了。一般Mobile QB刚出来的时候
都会火一阵子，但是联盟的DC一般在一年到一年半之内就能找到对策，然后这些QB就是
一泻千里，越打越没戏。RW3坚持了两年半，差点拿两个SB，是惊人的成绩
以前Mobile QB是指Steve Young和Elway这类，他们其实本身就是很不错的Pocket QB，
加上能跑两步，在Play Call失败后用Broken Play来延续，往往出奇制胜拿到First
Down。Steve Young手里有Jerry Rice，最终拿到一个戒指。Elway则是靠坚强的跑风
Terrell Davis，SB拿到两个，但是这之前输掉3个。
后来钢人找到了大本，大本也算是这种类型的QB，个子大,难放倒，能跑两步，Broken
Play极具攻击力，属于典范型。钢人的体制属于跑型，进攻基本上是跑－跑－传，跑－
跑－传，大本把这一传发挥到极高的水平，SB三战两胜，了不起。

号，然后如果打通了就扣费。
我发现它两次Pocket dail之后，就发明了一个耐压的硬壳子，把手机封装在硬壳子里
，才得以解决其Pocket dail的问题。
我认为它的Pocket dail功能，是设计者故意留的Bug，故意打的埋伏。
混滋傻们的最新款的天价名牌手机估计也都会Pocket dail吧？ |

SILVER保险比GOLD/PLATIUM低， 可是Out-of-pocket maximum也少。这不是付的保险少
，最后看病却少付钱吗？
比如

接扔洗衣机里洗就好了。
我一开始不能接受pocket，还要伸手把尿过的尿布拿出来。。。买了一堆AI2/hybrid。
后来别人送了一个bumgenius 4.0 pocket，相当好用，尤其贴宝宝皮肤的那层料子好干
，我甚至误以为宝宝三小时没pee过。fit也很合身。后来又听说很多daycare只能接受
aio/pocket这种换下来直接扔掉的不需要碰insert的，现在就准备多进点pocket。我现
在各种style都有：prefolds，fitted，aio，pocket，ai2，hybrid，etc，甚至有想自
己做diaper的冲动，哈哈。
另外你还有时间看电视啊，厉害！我一有空就补觉。。。 |

公司的保险有4种
cigna ppo：deductible网内1000/ 网外2000；out of pocket网内4000/网外8000；
maternity网内外都是90% after deductible
cigna epo：只有网内；deductible 1000；out of pocket 4000；maternity 100%
after deductible
cigna hsa：公司补1000；deductible网内3000/网外6000；out of pocket网内4000/网
外8000；maternity网内90% after deductible/网外70% after deductible
kaiser hmo：只有网内；deductible 0；out of pocket 3000；
听说生产住院的时候反正是要把out of pocket用完的，cigna的网跟kaiser的网内医生
哪个好一些？看到网上说kaiser的有的说只要300刀就生娃完了，这么便宜么？

下：“普通产检和生产” is covered，但是具体out of pocket需要付多少？因为生孩
子医院会一下子bill上万块钱，你out-of-pocket多少就完全看保险了。
比如high deduct，你需要看out-of-pocket maximum，一般是几千块钱，再加上
premium，就是你的cost。至于low deduct，是co-insurance（会reach out-of-pocket
maximum），还是只付co-pay？同样你也需要知道生孩子付多少钱，再加上premium。
In either case, deductible是多少都没有意义，要看的是out-of pocket maximum，
或者co-pay。 |
