of premature aging in women.
FOXL2 is one of genetic components responsible for POF. In mice, lack of

转眼间，我们结婚6年了。这6年间，经历了很多，我们一直两地分居， 其中5年半的时
间，我们在与不孕作斗争。
不孕原因
不孕原因有很多种，我的情况是：我一直正常的月经，在结婚后7个月时，突然停了。
当时在美上学，去Student Health Care看，那里的医生没把我当回事，开始时说：
Enjoy the break!后来，验血后又说我贫血，让我补铁。直到3个月后，给我吃黄体酮
，也不来月经，才查了我的激素水平，发现FSH 大于20！我当时还什么都不懂，只记得
那医生解释我的一个激素有点off, 完全不知这个数值对我们生活带来的永久改变！
接下来，我们开始了看病的征途，其中回国两次，在美国也看了不少医生，中医西医全
部都看过，西医不外乎给我用人工周期，这样可以维持月经，但几乎没有排卵的可能性
，而且一停药，月经就没了。其间查了几次FSH，都大于40，有时甚至到了80。

拿美国举例，专利保护期20年，从申请日起算；一般lab出了成果就要申请专利，而从
lab到market中间一般要花7～10年，所以对于药物专利一般有最长5年的专利延长保护
期，而从FDA批准后起算专利保护期最长不超过15年。
一般来讲药品上市7,8年后才能收回成本。15年只是理论最大值，我认为基本合理。 |

funds）。可以找你银行有存款的那家写一个。真正贷款时你不一定要用这家银行。
offer拿到后要马上定下要那家来做贷款，因为一般purchase loan要30天。

一个是pearson memo，自己放狗看吧，这个是2000年的

修改了一些关于pearson memo里的说法
详细列几点我之前比较关心的，其他的有兴趣的自己读吧
1. 申请延期等待中I94过期之后，已经不是authorized status， 但是是authorized
stay，直到延期结果出来
如果被据，则立刻失去authorized stay，要马上回家
2. 延期申请等待中回去，视为自动放弃申请，结果就是悲剧，在等到过程中至回家的
时间应该算authorized stay
3. 无论何种情况，都要保留好你在I94过期前提交申请的证据，以后申请签证和入关都

是不是只要提供比赛方或者是juror的推荐信就可以证明。

LaRue OBR, LWRC REPR,POF-308,LMT 308
虽然这几只品牌机的精度都不错，基本上都在sub-moa的水平，但是重量都太重。不太
